국문 초록
본고는 『포은집』의 교감본을 간행하기 위한 선행연구이다. 필자는 ｢포은시고 판본의 고찰｣에서 책제가 ‘포은시고’로 표기된 초간본(봉좌문고), 신계본(가람문고·부산시립도서관·만송문고), 개성본(장서각), 황주병영본(국립도서관)을 대상으로 비교 분석한 바 있다. 본고에서는 영천구각본을 저본으로 『포은집』 12종의 판본을 비교 분석하였다. 구체적인 작업으로 원문의 소주(小注)에 첨기된 사항을 검토하고, 원문에 사용된 중첩자(重疊字)·이형동자(異形同字)·이자동의(異字同意)·이자이의(異字異意)의 사례를 분석하였다.
『포은집』 교감본의 저본으로 선정한 영천구각본에 수록된 시제(詩題)는 권1에 120제, 권2에 132제, 권3에 6제 모두 258제이다. 『포은집』 판본 12종을 대상으로 포은의 시 258제를 대비해서 분석한 결과를 정리해 보이면 다음과 같다.
1.포은집』 판본에 수록된 작품 가운데 <금성역회송경제우(金城驛懷松京諸友)>(1021:0), <용수편이공봉운(用首篇李供奉韻)>(3251;0) 2건은 일부 판본에서 시제(詩題)가 달리 표기되어 있으나, 영천구각본 이후의 판본에서는 변개된 사실이 없으므로 저본대로 처리하는 것이 타당하다.
2.초간본·신계본·개성구각·황주병영본에서 사용된 중첩자(重疊字)·이형동자(異形同字: 俗字·古字·異體字)·이자동의(異字同意)의 사례는 저본인 영천구각본의 정체자로 교감하는 것이 타당하다.
3.이자이의(異字異意)의 사례에서 특정 판본 1종에서만 달리 쓰인 경우는 오류로 처리해도 무리가 없다. 저본인 영천구각본에서만 쓰인 3216:2의 ‘不材’는 해당 시구의 의취에 부합하지만 다른 판본에서는 모두 ‘不才’로 표기되어 있으므로 저본을 수정해야 되는 사례이다.
4.<표 6> 이자이의의 사용례에서 거론한 사례 가운데, 초간본･신계본･개성구각본에서 표기한 ‘地闊’ ‘虎距’ ‘遼太路’ ‘季扎’ ‘儀刑’ ‘盛朝’ ‘聖世’는 저본인 영천구각본의 표기 ‘地闢’ ‘虎踞’ ‘遼左路’ ‘季札’ ‘儀形’ ‘聖朝’ ‘盛世’를 따르는 것이 타당하다.
5.이외의 다음 사례는 좀 더 논의가 필요하다. 교서관본 간행시 교정되고, 이후의 판본에서 다시 교정된 사례이며, 여러 판본에 각각 다르게 표기되어 있기 때문이다.
1044:1의 ‘重過’ ‘重遊’에서는 영천구각본을 기점으로 이전과 이후의 판본에서 달리 표기도고 있는데, ‘遊’자가 대구에서도 사용되고 있으므로 ‘重遊’보다는 ‘重過’로 표기함이 무리가 없다.
1046:1의 ‘不勝淸’은 교서관본･봉화각본에서만 ‘不勝情’으로 표기하고 있으나 표기에 따라 시상(詩想)이 달라지기 때문에 교감이 난해해진다.
2138:6의 ‘人間’ ‘人閒’은 여러 판본에서 혼용하고 있다. 이 역시 표기에 따라 시상이 달라진다.
2152:3 ‘纖埃’는 봉화각본 이후의 판본에서는 ‘塵埃’로 표기되어 있다. 이 역시 표기에 따라 시상이 달라진다.
그동안 포은 정몽주의 시문에 대한 연구는 타 연구자들에 비해 많은 성과를 이루었다고 할 수 있다. 이같은 상황에서 다시금 강조되는 사항이 ‘원전자료’이다. 포은학의 텍스트인 『포은집』에 대해 깊은 관심을 기울이는 이유가 여기에 있다.
영문 초록
This paper is a Prior study for publishing a basic text of Poeun’anthoiogy(圃隱集). After the first edition was published, Poeun’anthoiogy is added fourteen tims until Okssan-edition(玉山本) published in 1903. It is unusual for one type of works to be fourteen tims.
In the previous study, I analyzed the edition of Poeun Sigo. In this paper, I analyzed 12 kinds of Poeun’anthoiogy using the Yeongcheon’first edition(永川舊刻本) as the base. Specifically, the matter recorded in a small comment in the original text was reviewed. And the case of duplicate characters(重疊字), Characters with different shapes but the same meaning(異形同字), A character that has the same meaning as another character(異字同意), Characters with different forms and meanings(異字異意) used in basic text was analyzed.
Poeun’anthoiogy(圃隱集) contains 258 title poems. Specifically, 120 poems are listed in the first volume. The second volume contains 132 poems. There are 6 poems in the third volume.
The results analyzed in this paper are summarized as follows.
1.Two such as <金城驛懷松京諸友>(1021:0), <用首篇李供奉韻> (3251;0) have different titles in some editions. However, nothing has changed in later versions of the basic text. Therefore, it is advisable to process it in the basic text notation.
2.It is advisable to modify the case of duplicate characters(重疊字), Characters with different shapes but the same meaning(異形同字), A character that has the same meaning as another character(異字同意), Characters with different forms and meanings(異字異意) in the first edition(初刊本), Singye-edition(新溪本), Gaiseung’ first-edition (開城舊刻本), Hwangju barrackst-edition(黃州兵營本) by the notation of the basic text.
3.The case of Characters with different forms and meanings(異字異意)is found only in one edition, so there is no problem in handling it as an error.
‘不材’(3216:2) recorded only in Yeongcheon’first edition(永川舊刻本)was recorded as ‘不才’ in other’s edition. Therefore, it is reasonable to modify it to ‘不才’.
4.In the case shown in , Characters with different forms and meanings(異字異意)is reasonable to modify ‘地闊’ ‘虎距’ ‘遼太路’ ‘季扎’ ‘儀刑’ ‘盛朝’ ‘聖世’ to ‘地闢’ ‘虎踞’ ‘遼左路’ ‘季札’ ‘儀形’ ‘聖朝’ ‘盛世’ of the basic text.
5.The following cases need further discussion. This is because it was corrected when the Gyoseoguan-edition(校書館本) was published, and revised again in later editions, and it is written differently in different editions.
As a specific example, ①‘重過’ ‘重遊’(1044:1)is written differently in the previous and subsequent editions starting from the Yeongcheon text. It is reasonable to write ‘重過’ rather than ‘重遊’.
②‘不勝淸’(1046:1)is recorded as ‘不勝情’ in Gyoseoguan -edition(校書館本)･Bonghwa-edition(奉化刻本), but it is difficult to correct because the poetic sensibility varies according to the notation.
③‘人間’ ‘人閒’(2138:6) is mixed in several editions. Even in this case, the poetic sensibility varies according to the notation.
④‘纖埃’(2152:3) is written as ‘塵埃’ after the Bonghwa -edition(奉化本). Even in this case, the poetic sensibility varies according to the notation.
