한·중 반도체 산업의 對베트남 수출경쟁력 변화에 대한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 베트남시장에서 한국과 중국의 반도체산업 수출경쟁력을 분석하고 대응방안 도출에 있다. 이를 위해 MS, EBI, IE 지수를 분석도구로 사용하였다. MS 분석결과, 한국은 베트남시장에서 프로세서와 컨트롤러, 감광성 반도체디바이스에 점유율이 높고, 중국은 증폭기, 장착된 압전기결정소자에 점유율이 높다. EBI 분석결과, 한국은 기타 집적회로, 감광성 반도체디바이스는 비교우위, 메모리, 집적회로 부분품, 그 밖의 반도체디바이스, (다이오드·트랜지스터, 이와 유사한 반도체디바이스, 감광성 반도체디바이스)부분품은 비교열위를 갖는다. 중국은 비교우위 항목이 없고, 프로세서와 컨트롤러, (다이오드·트랜지스터, 이와 유사한 반도체디바이스, 감광성 반도체디바이스)부분품은 열위에서 우위로 바뀌었다. IE 분석결과, 한국은 프로세서와 컨트롤러, 감광성 반도체디바이스에서 비교우위를 갖고, 중국은 메모리에서 비교우위를 갖는다. 집적회로 부분품, 그 밖의 반도체디바이스는 한국과 중국의모든 분석결과에서 지속적인 열위상태를 보였다. 대응방안으로 첫째, 기업의 품질개선에 대한 끊임없는 노력과 경쟁국의 상품가격 변화에 대한 대응책 마련에 집중해야한다. 둘째, 첨단기술 발전에 대한투자, 정부의 규제완화, 고부가 서비스업과의 결합전략 수립에 대한 연구 등을 통해 경쟁력 향상을 도모해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the export competitiveness of Korean and Chinese semiconductor industries in Vietnam and to find countermeasures. For this purpose, MS, EBI, IE index were used as analysis tools. Analysis results of MS, Korea has a high market share in Vietnam with processors and controllers, Photosensitive semiconductor device, China has a high market share in amplifiers, mounted piezo-electric crystals. Analysis results of EBI, Korea has a comparative advantage in HS 854239, Photosensitive semiconductor device and a comparative disadvantage in memories, Parts of electronic integrated circuits, HS 854150, HS 854190. China does not have a comparative advantage, but changed from comparative disadvantage to comparative advantage in processors and controllers, HS 854190. Analysis results of IE, Korea has a comparative advantage in processors and controllers, Photosensitive semiconductor device China has a comparative advantage in memories. All the analysis results of Korea and China showed a continuous comparative disadvantage in Parts of electronic integrated circuits, HS 854150. As the first response, Companies should concentrate on constant efforts to improve quality and prepare countermeasures against changes in commodity prices in competing countries. Second, In order to improve competitiveness, it is necessary to invest in high-tech development, deregulation of government, research on establishing a linkage strategy with high-value service industries.
