국문 초록

본 논문은 물류기업의 운송정보 가시성 시스템에 대한 사용자 만족도와 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석 하고 향후 물류기업이 사용자를 위하여 무엇을 고려해야 하는지 제시하는데 있다. 실무자들을 대상으 로 인터뷰를 진행하였으며 도출된 요인들을 활용하여 경로분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 사용자 가 느끼는 인식 중 편의성과 필요성은 정보 만족도와 업무 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 사용자가 느끼는 인식 중 중요성은 만족도에 영향을 끼치지 않는다. 셋째, 사용자 인식과 업무만족도 사이의 매개변수로서 정보만족도는 업무만족도에 영향을 미치기 때문에 정보의 정확성, 신뢰성, 명확 성 등의 질적 요소를 고려해야 할 필요성이 있다. 본 연구를 통해 프레이트 포워더의 운송정보 가시성 시스템 만족도에 대한 인식요인을 도출하고 이를 활용하여 고객 서비스 개선을 도모할 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyse the factors that affect the user s satisfaction in providing the system of the logistics company s visibility into cargo tracking information, and to provide direction and implications for what should be further considered in the visibility system that the logistics company provides to the manufacturer. Through advanced researches, interview with the practitioners, the recognition factors affecting system users satisfaction were derived, which are the importance, need and convenience of the system. The hypothesis was established and a survey was conducted on how these factors affected the satisfaction of information from the users. This study is summarized as follows. First, the users convenience and the need of the system has positive impact on users information and work satisfaction. Secondly, cargo tracking visibility system user awareness of the importance does not affect the users satisfaction. Third, the qualitative factors such as accuracy, reliability and clarity of information should be considered as the information satisfaction level of shippers through the system will affect the work satisfaction. This study has identified the impact of recognition factors on the satisfaction of the Freight Forwarder s tracking visibility system.
