국가직무능력표준(NCS) 기반의 영상그래픽과정 평가유형에 따른 성취도 분석

국문 초록

국가직무능력표준(NCS)의 교육과정이 현장직무수행능력을 갖추고자 하는 목적과 취지로 도입되어 6년째 진행해 오면서, 과정의 설계 및 모듈교재에 대한 연구는 많이 진행 되었다. 하지만, 교과목 이수를 위한 평가가 매우 중요해지는데 비해 현재까지 교육과정 이수 이후 평가유형에 따른 성취도 분석을 진행한 연구가 없어, 교과목 평가 유형에 따른 교육 평가 방향성 수립의 필요성에 의해 본 연구를 하게 되었다. 연구는 정부 핵심국정과제인 ‘능력중심 사회를 위한 여건 조성’인 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 적용 및 성취도에 대해서 설문을 통해 알아보았다. 산업현장에서 직무를 수행하기 위해 요구되는 지식 기술 소양 등의 내용을 국가가 산업 부문별 수준별로 체계화한 NCS 적용 및 성취 사례를 NCS기반의 영상그래픽과정 평가유형에 따른 성취도 분석으로 진행 하였다. NCS 기반의 영상그래픽과정 이수자 중, 광고대행사, CG실, 영화사, 특수효과 제작업체, 포스트 프로덕션, 방송국, 애니메이터, 홍보 마케팅 등 영상그래픽 직무를 하고 있는 표본자들에게 “직무를 수행함에 있어서 도움이 되었던 평가 유형은 무엇인지”에 대한 설문조사를 진행하여, NCS의 기본취지인 산업현장 직무 중심의 인적자원 개발, 능력중심사회 구현을 위한 핵심인프라 구축, 고용과 평생 직업능력개발 연계를 통한 국가경쟁력 향상의 목적이 잘 이루었는지에 대해 알아보았다. 본 연구를 통해 NCS 기반의 교과목 진행에 있어서, 성취도를 높이는 평가유형 적용에 응용할 수 있는 토대를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

As the curriculum of the National Competency Standards (NCS) has been introduced for six years with the aim and purpose of achieving on-site job performance, a lot of research has been conducted on the design of courses and module materials. However, the evaluation for completion of the curriculum becomes very important, but there has been no study on the achievement of the evaluation type after completion of the curriculum, so this study was conducted due to the need to establish the direction of education evaluation according to the type of assessment of the subject. The study looked into the application and achievement of the National Competency Standards (NCS), which are the core national tasks of the government, creating conditions for a capacity-oriented society . The NCS application and achievement cases, in which the state systemized the knowledge and technology required to perform its duties at the industrial site by level, were conducted by analyzing the achievement according to the NCS-based evaluation type of the video graphics process. Among those who have completed the NCS-based video graphics course, a survey was conducted on what types of evaluations have helped them perform their duties among those who are engaged in video graphics such as advertising agencies, CG rooms, film companies, special effects producers, post-production, broadcasting stations, animators and public relations marketing, and the core of the NCS-based human resources development, ability development, lifelong infrastructure development, and job-oriented social skills through the basic purpose of NCS. Through this study, we will be able to provide the basis for application in the application of evaluation types that increase achievement in NCS-based curriculum progress.
