국문 초록

본 논문은 자본주의 시장경제의 논리만으로는 한계에 직면하면서 자본보다는 인간을 중시하는 협력과 연대로 공동체이익이라는 사회적 가치를 실현하는 경제방식으로 협동조합을 이해하려는 시도가 다소 과장되었다는 점을 논의의 출발점으로 삼고자 한다. 협동조합이 농촌에서 성공 또는 발전하기 위해서는 협동 조합의 목적에 대한 확고한 단일 목표의 설정이 가장 중요하다. 협동조합을 구성하게 되면 이런 저런 효과가 있다는 식의 복수 목표 설정은 조합활동의 방향성을 왜곡할 가능성이 농후하다. 따라서 협동조합은 철저히 회원의 ‘이익’ 향상을 목표로 한다는 수익기반임을 분명히 해 둘 필요가 있다. 본 연구의 대상인 포천시는 한탄강, 산정호수, 명성산, 왕방산, 국립수목원 등 자연과의 친밀성을 도시민들에게 제공할 여지가 충분하며 다양한 지역문화유산도 관광객의 유입에 기여하고 있다. 이와 같은 포천시의 자연 및 문화적 배경은 방문객들을 상대로 한 직접 판매방식이 유리하며, 단기간에 조합의 수입을 올릴 수 있다는 점에서 조합원의 조합활동 참여를 독려ㆍ자극하는 동기로 작용할 것이다. 지역농산물 판매망의 구축을 위한 홈페이지 및 앱개발과 같은 유무선망을 이용한 판매 루트 개척, 서울 소재 집단급식소 개척, 포천시 특산물 인증 확보, 대외적 홍보 등 판매를 다각화 할 수 있는 방안에 대한 종합적인 조사와 개발이 협동조합 결성 시 고려되어야 할 사항이다.

영문 초록

Facing the limit of capitalists’ market economy, this study aims to suggest proper measures to focus on human network which makes a crucial part of solidarity in order to practice social value. Many studies that have been conducted so far insist that cooperatives should provide a good example for an ideal system by drawing profits of a community. Yet, this study starts from a different point of view. That is, it is essential for cooperatives to set up one definite goal in terms of economical perspective to succeed. Accordingly, mediocre or multiple goals may distort the direction of cooperative. Therefore, cooperatives need to be clearly defined, emphasizing on achieving profits of members, in other words, their goal has to be based on promotion of productivity. Pocheon, Gyeonggido is an eco-friendly city nearby Seoul, which has numerous natural resources such as the Hantangang (Riv.), the Sanjeong Lake, and the National Forest in Gwangreung. The city has sufficiently provided citizens with beautiful scenery, leisure, as well as healthy life. In addition, there are many cultural heritages citywide, which attracts visitors from neighboring cities. In this regard, Pocheon’s nature and cultural backgrounds make it possible to carry out direct marketing toward visitors, earning a significant profit in the short term. To promote the activity of cooperative, it is important to improve homepage and establish apps. of sales network of local agricultural products. Not only wireless networks but also securing soup kitchens in Seoul, approval of Pocheon’s agricultural products and publicity should be considered when establishing cooperatives.
