국문 초록

최근 여러 대학에서는 글로컬 인재를 양성하고 국제적인 활동과 글로벌교육 프로그램 개발을 지원하기 위한 다양한 계획을 설정하고 있다. 글로컬 인재양성은 대학의 비전 및특 성화 방향에 밀착되어 있으며 이를 실현하고 대학의 연구와 교육기능을 보완하기 위해 글로벌교육 모델의 개발이 시급하다. 본 연구에서는 글로컬 시대에 교원양성을 위한 대학에서의 글로벌교육의 모델을 개발하고 적용하고자 글로벌교육 모델구축 및 확산을 위한 글로벌교육 시스템 개발 프로세스를 제안한다. 특히, 본 연구는 대학의 시공간적 및 경제적 제한성을 극복하기 위하여 온라인과 오프라인을 융합하는 새로운 교육프로그램에 관한 연구도 포함한다. 또한, 본 연구에서는 향후 글로벌 교육확산방안을 함께 제시하여 대학의 교육시스템에 적용 및 확산이 가능한 모델연구방향을 논의한다. 본 연구를 통해 대학과 초ㆍ중등학교 교육현장에 필요한 글로벌교육에 관한 지식과 정보를 창출함으로써 지역사회와 한국의 글로벌교육 발전에 기여하고자 한다.

영문 초록

Recently, many universities have established various kinds of plans for training glocal human resources and for supporting international activities and global education programs. The glocal human resource development is related to the visions of universities and the specialization of the universities. In order to augment the research and the educational functions of the universities, new educational models for global education are urgently needed. This research proposed a new global education system development process for global education model construction and proliferation. In particular, this research included the study plan on a new program that converged on/off-line education for overcoming the temporal, spatial, and economical limitations. In addition, this research proposed a proliferation method and discussed the research direction : how to apply the proposed model to universities’ education systems. From this research, we can provide a new method for the global education in elementary and secondary schools and universities. Also, we can contribute to the development of global education in Korea as well as in local communities.
