국문 초록

【背景】随着数字时代的来临,高校学生求职已经不再是传统的简历投递和面试过程,软件成为学生求职过程中重要的工具。然而,一款优秀的高校招聘类软件不仅要提供岗位信息,更重要的是关注用户体验。 【目的】探索高校招聘类软件界面设计要素,分析用户体验模型,为高校招聘类软件界面设计提供理论支撑。 【方法】运用到文献分析法、定性分析法,以文献理论为基础,绘制高校学生使用招聘类软件的体验历程图谱,分析高校招聘类软件用户体验需求,并进行维度划分,归纳总结高校招聘类软件界面设计原则。 【结果】根据用户体验模型,将高校招聘类软件界面设计划分为审美诉求,功能诉求,学习诉求,舒适诉求,思维诉求,交往诉求和便利诉求、满足习惯诉求的八大分类,并进行维度划分:感官体验、交互体验、情感体验及关联体验。 【结论】基于用户体验模型的高校招聘类软件界面设计应以完善感官体验为前提,建立在良好的感觉体验基础上,并注重情感体验的激发,将关联体验的创建作为突破点,以用户体验为核心展开界面设计。

영문 초록

[Background] With the advent of the digital age, the job-seeking process for college students has evolved beyond traditional resume submissions and interviews. Software has become an essential tool in the job-seeking process for students. However, an excellent university recruitment software not only needs to provide job information but also, more importantly, focus on user experience. [Objective] Explore the elements of interface design of college recruitment mobile APP, analyze the user experience model, and provide theoretical support for the interface design of college recruitment mobile APP. [Method] Using to the literature analysis method, qualitative analysis method, based on the literature theory, drawing the experience journey mapping of college students using recruitment class mobile APP, analyzing the user experience needs of college recruitment class mobile APP, and dividing the dimensions to summarize the interface design principles of college recruitment class mobile APP. [Results] According to the user experience model, the interface design of college recruitment cell phone APP is divided into eight classifications: aesthetic appeal, functional appeal, learning appeal, comfort appeal, thinking appeal, interaction appeal and convenience appeal, satisfying habit appeal, and dimensional division: sensory experience, interaction experience, emotional experience and related experience. [Conclusion] Based on the user experience model, the interface design of college recruitment cell phone APP should be based on the premise of perfecting the sensory experience, founded on the basis of good sensory experience, and focusing on the stimulation of emotional experience, taking the creation of associated experience as a breakthrough point, and developing the interface design with user experience as the core.
