액션러닝 기반 교양수업의 운영사례 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 액션러닝 기반 교양수업의 구체적인 수업운영 사례를 분석하여 교수자에게 액션러닝 기반 교양수업의 효과적인 수업운영 전략을 단계별 및 구성요소별로 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교양수업의 준비단계에서 반드시 강의계획에 대한 정교화 작업이 필요하다. 수업의 준비단계에서 강의계획서 검토, 러닝코치의 활동 범위, 문제해결도구 개발에 대한 교수자의 철저한 계획은 액션러닝프로세스를 진행하는 기본이 되기 때문이다. 둘째, 과제해결프로세스를 정교화 해야 한다. 교수자인 러닝코치들은 수업환경에 적합한 과제해결프로세스를 정교화하지 않으면 수업운영 중 여러 가지 난관에 부딪히게 되기 때문이다. 셋째, 액션러닝 기반 교양수업을 실행하는 교수자들이 자발적인 학습조직을 구성하는 것이 필요하다. 제시된 수업운영 전략은 독자적으로 생성된 것이 아니라 다수의 동료 교수자들이 수업운영에 대하여 성찰하면서 획득되어진 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the instructional management of an action learning-based general arts education and to provide with instructors the effective instructional management methods in accordance to the stages and the factors of the instruction. The results of the study were as follows: First, it was required to classify the instruction plans at the planning stage of the general arts education, because these factors such as reviewing the instruction plans, the action range of a learning coach, and problem solving tools were the foundation for practicing the action learning process. Second, the problem solving process should be classified at the implementing stage. If not, the instructor as a learning coach got in troubles with the process during the instruction. Third, it was necessary to create voluntarily a learning community of instructors who had taught the action learning based general arts education. The suggested instructional management methods of the study were not created automatically or by itself, but acquired through instructors reflective thoughts.
