국문 초록

핵심역량은 대학 교육과정에서 중요한 개념으로 자리 잡았다. 대학생 핵심역량 진단시스템(K-CESA)은 교육과정을 운영함에 있어 가치 있는 자료를 축적하는 데 크게 기여해왔다. K-CESA 핵심역량 중 하나인 의사소통역량은 각 교육기관에서 중시하는 핵심역량 중 하나이다. K-CESA를 통해 축적된 자료를 바탕으로 의사소통역량을 진단·분석하여, 핵심역량을 향상하도록 하는 것은 중요한 대학교육의 핵심 과제이다. 연구 과정은 전년도 K-CESA 진단 자료를 분석하여 취약한 역량을 인지하는 데서부터 시작된다. 본 연구는 이를 강화하는 방안으로 교과와 비교과 과정으로 나누어 접근하였다. 교과 과정에서는 의사소통 역량의 하위 요소를 향상할 수 있는 분야를 강화하고, 비교과 과정에서는 이와 연계된 활동으로 지속적인 교육이 이루어질 수 있도록 하였다. 핵심역량 강화를 위한 방안이 시행된 후, K-CESA 진단결과를 토대로 역량에 따른 개선 정도를 파악하고 환류를 모색하였다.

영문 초록

The core competency of university has become the important concept of curriculum. In this trend, Korea Collegiate Essential Assessment has greatly contributed to accumulating critical data in operating curriculum. The competency of communication is one of core competency factors that each educational institution emphasizes. When it is performed in main curriculum , its efficiency can be improved. The starting point of this study is to recognize the weak competency points in the way of analyzing the K-CESA diagnosis data of previous year. An enhancement plan was approached in the categories of main curriculum and extra-curriculum. In the main curriculum, it is necessary to enhance the area for improving the sub factors of the communication competency, and in the extra-curriculum, it is necessary to perform continuous education through relevant activities. After the plan for enhancing core competency, a level of competency improvement was analyzed on the basis of the diagnosis result of core competency, and its application was sought
