골다공증이 있는 폐경 여성의 삶의 질 영향요인

국문 초록

본 연구는 골다공증 보유 폐경 여성의 특성과 삶의 질 영향요인 및 위험도를 파악하기 위해 국민건강영양조사 제7기 1차 년도(2016년) 자료를 이용한 2차자료 분석 연구이다. 연구 대상은 전국 단위로 표집된 표본에서 추출된 1,685명이며 복합표본 Rao-Scott 카이제곱 검정, 일반선형 모형 t-검정, 로지스틱 회귀모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 골다공증 보유 폐경 여성의 영향요인과 위험도는 연령이 올라갈수록 4.86-35.45배, 낮은 가구소득과 교육정도에서 각 1.85-3.93배, 2.14-3.58배, 직업과 배우자가 없는 경우 각 1.68배, 1.91배 높았으며, 질병관련 특성으로 늦은 초경은 2.24배, 중심비만 1.46배, 유산소 신체활동이 없을 때 1.38배, 고혈압, 고지혈증, 우울이 있는 경우 각 1.48-1.51배, 1.67배, 2.01배였다. 골다공증 보유 폐경여성의 삶의 질 영향요인은 낮은 가구소득 4.70배, 직업, 배우자, 유산소 신체활동이 없을 때 각 1.79배, 2.29배, 2.92배, 고혈압과 당뇨병, 우울이 있는 경우 각 2.31배, 1.78배, 5.61배 높았다. 골다공증 보유 폐경 여성의 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위해 조절 가능한 요인들인 신체활동 증진, 동반질환 관리, 우울을 감소시킬 수 있는 다양한 프로그램을 개발하여 폐경 여성에게 조기에 적용하는 다학제 통합관리 전략이 요구된다.

영문 초록

The aim of this study was to identify the distribution of postmenopausal women with osteoporosis and to determine the risk factors and factors that affect the quality of life. This is a secondary data analysis study using the first year (2016) data of the national health and nutrition survey. The subjects of this study were collected from nationwide and included 1,685 people. Complex sample Rao-Scott chi-square test, general linear model t-test, and logistic regression were used. The factors and odds ratios affecting the development of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women are as follows. Age, Household Income, Education, Occupation, Spouse. Disease related characteristics are as follows. Late menarche, central obesity, aerobic physical activity, retention of hypertension and diabetes, dyslipidemia and depression. The factors and odds ratios affecting the quality of life of postmenopausal women with osteoporosis are as follows. Household income, occupation, spouse. Disease related characteristics are as follows. Aerobic physical activity, hypertension retention, diabetes retention and depression. Multidisciplinary management strategies are needed to improve the quality of life of postmenopausal women with osteoporosis. Programs include modifiable factors such as physical activity promotion, co-morbidity management and depression.
