취업가능성에 대한 대학생들의 주관적 인식 및 영향요인 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 취업가능성에 대한 대학생들의 주관적 인식과 영향요인을 분석하기 위해 강의의 질 만족도, 비교과프로그램 참여도, 구성원 간 교류, 자기주도적학습능력, 진로결정자기효능감을 영향요인으로 설정하고, 부산 소재 K대학 재학생 600명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 구조방정식모형분석과 다집단구조방정식 모형분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과, 강의의 질 만족도, 자기주도적 학습능력, 진로결정자기효능감, 비교과프로그램참여도, 교내 구성원 간 교류 변인이 취업가능성 인식에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 그 중 강의의 질 만족도와 교수와의 상호작용이 대학생들의 취업가능성 인식에 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 전공계열별 분석결과, 비교과프로그램 참여도, 교수와의 상호작용, 교내 구성원 간 교류와 진로결정자기효능감 간 경로에서 계열별 차이가 발견되었다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 대학생들의 취업가능성 인식을 높이기 위한 방안을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the structural relationship between university students subjective perception of employment possibility and factors. In order to analyze the differences by major, this study conducted a multi-group structural equation modeling. As a result of the analysis, the satisfaction of the lectures, self-directed learning ability, career decision self-efficacy, non-subject program participation, interaction with professors, and membership had positive effects on the perception of employment possibility. Among them, the satisfaction of lectures and the interaction with professors had great influences on the perception of students employment possibility. Comparative analysis by major, a significant difference was found between the humanities·social sciences and the science·engineering·naturals in the path of influence on the career decision self-efficacy in non-subject program participation, interaction with professors, and memberships. Based on the results, this study proposed plans to raise perception of the possibility of employment for university students.
