사회적 기업가정신이 사회적경제기업의 사회적ㆍ경제적 성과에 미치는 효과에 관한 탐색적 연구

국문 초록

사회적경제는 ‘사람 가치 중심의 경제’로 일반 기업의 이윤 추구와는 달리 사람의 가치를 우선적으로 추구하는 경제 활동이다. 성공한 기업가와 실패한 기업가의 차이는 기업가정신의 차이이고 이는 기업성공의 핵심요소이다. 우리나라의 사회적경제기업은 질적 성장 시점에서 성과 향상 방안이 마련되어야 한다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 최근 실증 연구로 밝혀진 사회적 기업가정신 요소로 공감, 혁신, 실용을 바탕으로 사회적경제기업의 사회적ㆍ경제적 경영성과에 미치는 효과에 관해 탐색적 연구로 살펴보았다. 더 나아가 우리나라 사회적경제기업의 안정된 정착화와 지속성을 위한 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공감은 사람에 대한 가치를 추구하며 사회적·경제적 성과 창출 모두의 중요한 요소로 양(+)의 높은 정적 영향 관계를 갖고 있다. 둘째, 실용은 효율성 향상에 문제를 해결하려는 특성으로 사회적 성과에만 양(+)의 유의한 정적 영향 관계이며, 경제적 성과에는 음(-)의 유의한 효과가 나타나지 않았다. 셋째, 혁신은 아이디어 및 기술을 찾고 사업화 하는 일련의 과정으로 사회적·경제적 성과 모두 음(-)의 유의한 효과가 나타나지 않았다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 사회적경제기업의 질적 성장을 위해서는 경제적 성과 달성이 중요하다. 마지막으로 연구결과를 바탕으로 시사점도 함께 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The social economy is a “people-oriented economy,” which is an economic activity that pursues people s values first, unlike general companies profits. The difference between successful entrepreneurs and failed entrepreneurs is the difference in entrepreneurship, which is the key to corporate success. Social economic enterprises in Korea should take measures to improve performance at the time of qualitative growth. To this end, this study explored the effects of social entrepreneurship on social and economic management performance based on empathy, innovation, and practicality as factors of social entrepreneurship, which were found in recent empirical studies. Furthermore, I would like to suggest implications for the stable settlement and sustainability of social economy enterprises in Korea. The research results are as follows. First, empathy seeks value for people and has a positive positive impact on both social and economic outcomes. Second, practicality is a characteristic of solving the problem in improving efficiency, and it has a positive positive effect on social performance only, and no negative effect on economic performance. Third, innovation is a series of processes for finding and commercializing ideas and technologies, and showed no significant negative effects on both social and economic performance. Based on the research results, achieving economic performance is important for qualitative growth of social economy enterprises. Finally, implications were also presented based on the research results.
