국문 초록

본 연구는 전통시장 청년몰 조성사업의 사례를 근거이론을 적용해 분석함으로써, 향후 지속적으로 시행될 청년몰 조성사업의 문제점과 앞으로 나아가야할 발전 방향을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 청년몰의 청년상인을 대상으로 심층 인터뷰를 실시하고, 그 내용을 Strauss and Corbin의 근거이론 연구 방법에 따라 분석을 진행하였다. 분석결과 청년상인의 역량 부족과 청년상인의 갈등이라는 중심현상이 발견되었다. 이에 청년상인들의 역량 부족과 청년상인간 갈등에 영향을 주고 있는 인과적 조건(청년몰 조성 시장 선정과 기반조성 문제, 청년창업자 모집)과 맥락조건(창업교육과 창업지원), 중재조건(인성교육 및 역량강화, 체계적인 관리) 등에 대한 개선의 필요성이 요구되었다. 청년상인들의 창업지원 성과를 높이고, 안정적으로 자생력을 확보할 수 있도록 문제점에 대한 개선과 다양한 지원 방안 및 제도마련이 필요할 것으로 보이며, 앞으로 청년몰조성사업이 전통시장 활성화와 청년 일자리 창출에 기여하기를 기대해 본다.

영문 초록

This study analyzes the case of the traditional market youth mall construction project by applying grounded theory, and suggests the problems of the youth mall construction project to be carried out in the future and the direction for the future development. To this end, in-depth interviews were conducted for young traders in youth malls, and the contents were analyzed according to Strauss and Corbin s grounded theory research method. As a result of analysis, the central phenomenon of young traders lack of competence and young traders conflict was found. Therefore, the causal conditions affecting young traders capacity shortages and conflicts between young Traders(choice of market development and foundation for youth malls, recruitment of young entrepreneurs), contextual conditions (entrepreneurship education and start-up support), and arbitration conditions (character education and There was a need for improvements in capacity building and systematic management). In order to enhance the performance of start-up support for young traders, and to secure stable self-sufficiency, It is hoped that the youth mall development project will contribute to revitalizing the traditional market and creating youth jobs.
