생활복지사의 심리적 안녕감이 양육태도 및 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향: 학대피해아동쉼터를 중심으로

국문 초록

최근 우리 사회에서는 아동학대로 인한 다수의 피해사례를 접할 수 있는데 이러한 피해아동을 보호하기 위한 시설로 학대피해아동쉼터가 전국적으로 설치되어 있으며 이 곳에는 피해아동의 양육을 책임지는 생활복지사가 종사하고 있다. 생활복지사는 학대피해아동의 주양육자로서 다양한 역할을 담당하고 있으며 이들의 양육태도는 아동의 발달에 영향을 주게 된다. 또한 생활복지사의 심리적 안녕감이나 회복 탄력성의 정도는 그들의 양육태도에 중요한 영향을 주게 된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 학대피해아동 쉼터에서 근무하는 생활복지사를 대상으로 심리적 안녕감이 양육태도 및 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 한다. 이를 통해 생활복지사의 심리적 안녕감 증진 및 학대피해아동의 건강한 성장을 위한 다양한 지원방안을 모색하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 본연구의 대상은 전국 학대피해아동쉼터에 근무하는 생활복지사 122명이며 검사도구는심리적 안녕감 측정도구(PWBS), 양육태도 측정도구(MBRI), 회복탄력성 측정도구(CD-RISC)를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS v. 25 프로그램을 이용하여 기술 통계 및회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학대피해아동쉼터 생복 지사의 심리적 안녕감, 양육태도, 회복탄력성은 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 생활복지사의 심리적 안녕감은 양육태도 및 회복탄력성에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 심리적 안녕감의 하위요인 중 통제력, 삶의 목적, 자율성은 양육태도에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으며, 회복탄력성에 유의미한 영향을 미친 세 가지하위요인은 삶의 목적, 대인관계, 자율성으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 학대피해아동쉼터 생활복지사의 긍정적인 양육태도와 높은 회복탄력성을 위해 심리적 안녕감이 중요한 변인이 된다는 것을 뒷받침한다. 이를 바탕으로 생활복지사의 심리적 안녕감 증진에 관한 논의 및 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Recently in our society the number of cases in child abuse victims are getting increased, and shelters to protect those children are located throughout the country. The social workers who work in the shelters play diverse role in taking care of those children. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the psychological well-being on their child-rearing attitude and resilience targeting social workers who is working in a shelter for abused children. This study aims to provide basic resources to find out various support methods to increase the psychological well-being of social workers. The participants of this study were 122 social workers who work at shelters for child abuse victims. The three kinds tools were used in the study; PWBS to measure psychological well-being, MBRI to measure child-reading attitudes, and CD-RISC to measure resilience. Collected data were analyzed by SPSS v.25 program, conducting descriptive statistics, and regression analysis. The overall results of the study are as follows. First, meaningful relations were found among psychological well-being, child-rearing attitudes, and resilience of social workers. Second, psychological well-being has a statistically significant effect on parenting behavior and resilience. Third, three sub-factors of psychological well-being including control, a purpose of the life, and autonomy showed a statistically significant effect on parentingbehavior. Also, a purpose of the life, interpersonal relationship, and autonomy showed a statistically significant effect on resilience. The results of this study have established that psychological well-being is an important factor for the positive parenting behavior and high resilience of social workers at shelters.
