델파이 기법을 활용한 경호비서의 직무역량요인 분석

국문 초록

경호업무를 수행하는 경호비서는 위기상황 발생 시 빠르고 정확한 순간판단능력과 강인한 체력을 겸비한 경호무도능력을 바탕으로 위해기도자로부터 경호대상자를 대피 및 보호하여야 하며 평상시에는 상사에게 다방면에 걸친 전문적인 지식과 충분한 정보를 제공하여 상사 본연의 고유 업무를 최대한 능률적으로 할 수 있도록 보좌하는 역할을 한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 경호비서의 직무특성에 따라 경호원 본연의 임무인 안전대책 작용뿐만 아니라 전문비서의 역할까지도 훌륭히 해낼 수 있는 경호비서의 직무역할 모델을 설정하기 위한 직무역량 요인을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전문가 패널을 대상으로 3차에 걸친 델파이 조사를 실시하였으며, 선행연구 분석과 전문가 예비조사를 통해 도출된 업무지식, 심리적 특성, 전문기술, 결정 전략, 안전관리의 5개 영역별 40개 항목에 대한 중요성, 필요성, 적합성을 평가하였다. 최종적으로 제3차 델파이 조사의 적합성 평가에 따르면 직업의식과 올바른 인성, 그리고 위기상황대처능력의 적합도와 내용타당도 비율 모두 가장 높게 나타났으며, 경호비서의 직무역량으로서 갖추어야할 기본 덕목임과 동시에 이를 중심으로 한 실무 역량 평가가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Was conducted a Delphi survey over the third expert panel targets for this purpose, knowledge work derived from a previous study analysis and expert preliminary investigation, psychological characteristics, expertise, decision strategies, five areas by 40 items of safety management importance of, the need, to evaluate the compatibility. Finally, according to the conformity assessment of the 3rd Delphi survey work ethic and good toughness, and was the highest both fitness and content validity ratio of crisis, coping skills, basic virtues can be equipped as an official capacity of the security secretary and at the same time it It will be made with a focus on practical skills assessment.
