산업보안 자격제도 도입을 위한 보안요원의 인식에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 급증하는 다양한 범죄에 효과적으로 대응하기 위해 국가적 한계를 보완하는데 있어서 산업보완활동의 중요성이 대두됨에 따라 산업보안의 전문성을 제고하고, 고객들의 신뢰성을 제고할 수 있는 전문자격제도 도입의 필요성에 대하여 연구하였다. 설문조사는 구미시 산업단지에 재직 중인 보안요원을 대상으로 설문지 300부 배포하여 258부를 갖고, 통계분석 프로그램으로 SPSS 20.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 성별에 따라 전문성 향상과 기업인식 및 처우에, 결혼여부에 따라서 필요성과 전문성 향상에, 직급과 연력별에 따라 5가지 모든 부분에서 유의미한 차이를 보였고, 월수입 부분에서도 유의미한 차이를 보여 수입에 따라 개인이 가지고 있는 능력에 따른 지적재산권 또는 독점적 지위에 대한 긍정적 역할을 한다고 인식하였다. 마지막으로 경력에 따라 자격제도 도입의 필요성, 전문성, 기업수요, 처우 등에서 근무경력에 따라 유의미한 차이를 보여 경력이 쌓이면서 자격증 소지에 대한 재산상, 사회적 인식 등의 다양한 측면의 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것이다. 따라서 산업보안시설에 대한 보안인력의 전문성을 높이기 위해서는 전문자격제도의 도입이 선행되어야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

As this study is according to complement national limits in order to respond effectively to the various crime soaring, the importance of industry complementary activities emerged enhance the expertise of industrial security. The survey by distributing questionnaires to 300 parts subject to the security personnel being served in the Gumi Industrial Complex 258 parts were recovered. Techniques used in analyzing data were frequency analysis, percentage, T-test, One-way ANOVA. SPSS 20.0 for windows programs were applied in the analysis. Imports showed a significant difference in monthly income part depending individuals were aware that the positive role of intellectual property rights or a monopoly position in accordance with the abilities you have. The end of the qualification system introduced in accordance with the career needs, expertise, business needs, and to show a significant difference depending on work experience, etc. Treatment career has a positive impact on various aspects, such as to property, social recognition of the qualifications possession will. According to this study, it is necessary to introduce the Qualification System of Industrial Security which is a specialized system for protecting industrial security. Therefore, the introduction of professional qualifications will have to be followed in order to enhance the professionalism of security personnel for the industrial security.
