국문 초록

연구목적: 현재 우리나라의 내륙화물운송 시장은 공로 화물운송이 91.1%, 철도는 4.4%를 차지하고 있다. 반도국가라는 지리적 특성으로 인하여 공로에 의한 화물운송은 압도적 비중을 점하고 있으며 화물운송양이 증가할수록 도로의 비중이 높아진다는 공식이 입증되고 있다. 그러나 이처럼 중요한 화물운전자의 소득을 합리적으로 추정할 수 있는 연구결과는 거의 찾아보기 어렵다. 본 연구의 목적은 트럭 운전자의 소득 수준을 파악하여 향후 우리나라 물류 정책 수립에 도움이 되고자 한다. 논문구성/논리: 우선 트럭 운전자의 정확한 소득과 소득을 구성하는 많은 변수를 식별할 필요가 있다. 그 이유는 충분한 수입이 도로화물 물류 시스템을 안정화시키는 근거가 되기 때문이다. 본 연구는 화물운송인의 소득 수준을 정확하게 이해하기 위해 화물 트럭 운전자를 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였고, 주로 t-test와 Anova 분석을 사용하여 다양한 계층적 분석을 실시했다. 결과: 화물자동차 운전자들은 노동시간, 매우 높은 노동 강도, 근무환경 등 매우 열악한 상태에 있다. 그러나 이러한 환경에도 불구하고 운전자들의 실제 소득은 매우 낮은 경향을 나타내고 있다. 설문조사를 토대로 실증분석 결과 화물운전자의 순수소득은 월 평균 2,362,700원으로 나타났고 얻고자하는 희망순수소득원은 4,018,800원으로 분석되어 화물운전자들의 열악한 소득 실태를 알 수 있었다. 독창성/가치: 기존연구에서는 보유차종별, 고용형태별, 운송의뢰 형태별 매출, 정부유가보조금, 순수소득, 희망순수소득 등에 대한 차이 분석이 결여되었을 뿐만 아니라 또한 소득에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 정부의 각종규제, 물동량감소, 과다경쟁, 일방적 운송계약, 도로여건, 유류대상승과 소득을 위하여 개선되어야 할 각종 요인에 대한 분석도 체계적으로 이루어지지 못했다는 점에서 적지 않은 아쉬움을 갖지 않을 수 없다. 본 연구는 이런 내용을 포괄한 실증적 연구를 진행하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose: At present, inland freight transportation market in Korea account for 91.1% of trucks and 4.4% of railways. Because of the geographical characteristics of the peninsula, transportation by truck is overwhelming, and it has been proven that the proportion of roads increases as the amount of freight transport increases. The logistics academy is indifferent to the cargo truckers income and does not understand their income level accurately. The purpose of this study is to grasp the income level of truck cargo driver and to help establishment of logistics policy in Korea in the future. Composition/Logic: The reason why many variables constituting the exact income and income of the truck driver should be identified is that a sufficient income is the basis for stabilizing the road freight logistics system. In order to understand the income level accurately, we conducted a questionnaire survey for cargo truck drivers. We performed various hierarchical analysis mainly using t-test and Anova analysis. Findings: Cargo drivers are in a very poor condition, including working hours, very high work intensity, and working conditions. However, despite these circumstances, real incomes of drivers are very low. As a result of the surveys, the net income of cargo driver was 2,362,700 won per month, though it varies slightly depending on employment type, and the desired net income source was 4,018,800 won. Originality/Value: In the case of the previous study, the actual net income of the cargo driver was not explored, but the cargo driver s freight rate was the main focus. This study is significant in that it investigates actual income of truck driver from various angles empirically.
