국내 종합대학 지적학과의 교육과정 개선방안

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 국내 종합대학 지적학과의 교육과정을 조사 분석하고, 이를 토대로 문제점을 도출하여 개선 방향을 제시하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 시간적 범위는 김영진 교수의 토지 지적학과 설치에 관한 보고서 가 발표된 1977년부터 현재까지로 하고, 공간적 범위는 국내로, 내용적 범위는 4년제 대학교 지적학과 교육과정을 대상으로 개선 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 조사방법은 문헌조사법과 인터넷조사법을, 분석방법은 기술적 분석방법을 사용하였다. 분석 결과 3개의 대학 모두 지적에 대한 물리적 권리적 이용규제적 탐구 영역에 비해 가치적 탐구 영역에 대한 교과목이 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 이는 3개 대학 모두 자격시험과 취업을 위한 관련 영역의 교과목에 집중한 것이며, 또한 교수 전공 중심의 교과목 편성이 원인으로 나타났다. 연구결과 개선 방향을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 3개 대학 모두 제4차 산업에 대비한 지적관련 교과목의 개설이 요구 되었으며 둘째, 지적데이터를 빅데이터로 활용하기 위한 교과목 개설이 요구되었다. 셋째, 지적학이 국토학, 영토학으로서 역할을 할 수 있도록 교과목의 개설이 요구되었다. 넷째, 이미 개선된 교과목의 명칭도 한국지적학회 등 지적전문가, 지적학자들의 논의를 통해 표준화된 명칭으로 설정하고, 이를 토대로 자격시험과목과 취업관련 시험과목이 될 수 있도록 하여야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study aims to investigate and analyze the curricula of the Cadastrology Department in the domestic universities to draw problems based on that and propose improvement directions. For this purpose, the temporal range was set from 1977 when Professor Kim Young-jin’s “Report on the Establishment of the Department of Land and the Cadastrology Department” was published, to the present, the spatial range was set to Korea, and the range of contents would be proposing improvement directions with curricula in the Cadastrology Department in three 4-year universities. As for the methods for investigation, literature research and Internet research were used, and as for the analysis method, the descriptive analysis method was used. As a result of the analysis, it turned out that all three universities had insufficient subjects on the section of exploration of value of cadastre compared to the sections of exploration of physics, rights, and regulation of use. It was noted that all the three universities concentrated on the subjects in the related areas for qualifying examination and employment, and it was because of the organization of subjects centered around the professors’ majors. As a result of the study, improvement directions can be suggested as follows: First, in all the three universities, it would be necessary to set up Cadastrology-related subjects to get ready for the fourth industrial revolution; second, it would be necessary to set up subjects to utilize cadastral data as big data; third, it would be necessary to set up subjects so that Cadastrology can serve as studies of national land and territory; and fourth, it would be necessary to set up standardized names even for the subjects already improved, through discussions among the experts and scholars of Cadastrology in the Korean Society of Cadastre, etc. and to make those subjects for qualifying examination and employment-related examination based on this.
