아차산 일대 보루군의 보수정비와 향후 전망

국문 초록

본고는 기왕에 발굴조사를 거치지 않았거나 조사 성과가 반영되지 않고 진행된 삼국시대 관방시설 보수정비의 문제점을 극복하고자, 아차산 일대 보루군을 중심으로 발굴조사와 보수정비 현황과 과제를 서술하였다. 아차산 일대 보루군은 기존 정비 사례의 한계를 감안하여 90년대 이후에 본격적으로 정비가 추진되었기 때문이다. 이러한 점에서 아차산 일대 보루군 보수정비 현황을 세 가지 단계로 나누어 살펴보았다. 첫째로 정비를 고려하지 않고 조사가 진행된 후에 유구를 복토정비한 소극적인 방식, 둘째로 성벽을 복원하고 내부 건물지를 표현한 일반적인 방식, 셋째로 조사된 유구에 보호시설을 설치하여 노출 전시하는 적극적인 방식이다. 소극적인 정비에서 적극적인 정비로 진행되고, 일반적인 정비가 공존하는 추세이지만, 여전히 해결해야 하는 많은 과제가 있음을 살펴보았다. 따라서 이러한 과제를 극복하기 위해서는 비지정문화재인 보루에 대한 문화재 추가지정과 관리의 필요성, 구조와 유형에 대한 연구성과의 축적, 현실적이고 체계적인 종합정비 기본계획을 수립, 다양한 전시 기법에 대한 고민, 보수정비 업무를 담당한 전문인력과 조직의 확보, 국가와 광역지자체의 적극적인 관심과 지원이 필요하다는 점을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

In this study, the present status of repair work and future tasks were described, focusing on Achasan Forts, to overcome the problems of the repair work of the fortress during the Three Kingdoms Period, which were carried out without reflecting the results of the excavation investigation. Repair work on the Achasan Forts was carried out in the 1990s, when it began to recognize the cases of wrong repair work in the preceding period. In this regard, the status of the repair work was divided into three stages. First, it is a passive way of covering the excavated remains with soil after the investigation is carried out without regard to maintenance, second a general way of restoring the wall and expressing the location of the building site, and third an active way of installing a Shelter in the excavated remains. From passive maintenance to active maintenance, the general maintenance trend is coexisting, but there are still many problems that need to be addressed. Therefore, it proposed the need to designate and manage Fort, which is not registered as a cultural heritage, to accumulate research achievements on the structure of Forts, to establish a realistic and systematic repair work plan, to review various exhibition methods, the need for professional personnel and organizations to carry out related tasks, and to actively pay attention and support at the national level.
