국문 초록

본 연구는 일상생활에서 가장 많이 이용하는 가구인 의자를 대상으로 하여 고령친화상품 개발의 활성화를 위한 정보제공과 실제 상품화를 위해 진행되었다. 연구자는 유니버설디자인과 Ergonomics 프로세스를 기반으로 고령자용 의자를 개발코자 하였다. 이 목적을 위해 연구의 프로세스를 기초자료 연구단계, 제품제작 연구단계, 제품의 상품화 연구단계 등 3 단계로 세분하고 각 단계마다 달성해야 할 실행목표와 진행방법에 대한 체계적인 계획을 세워 연구를 진행하였다. 본 논문에서는 연구 프로세스 3 단계 중 마지막 단계인 제품의 상품화 연구단계에 대해 상술하였다. 연구에 따라 제작된 시제품의 최대 하중지지 성능과 의자 주요 구성품의 내구성능 평가 계획안 수립하고 이를 진행하였다. 성능의 시험은 최대 착좌하중 평가, 보조 댐퍼 내구성능 평가, 등받이 반복 거동 성능 평가 등을 실시하였다. 또한 시제품 의자를 실제 사용자인 고령자에게 사용하게 하여 만족도 평가를 실시하였다. 이와같은 연구 프로세스에 따라 완성된 시제품을 가지고 지식재산권을 획득하였으며 굿 디자인 상도 수상하는 성과를 이루었다.

영문 초록

In this research, it aimed at the information provision for the activation of the product development for elderly people, and the actual commercialization targeting the chair of the household used most in daily life. Researchers have developed a chair for the elderly based on universal design and Ergonomics process and sat high. For this purpose, the research process is divided into 3 stages of product commercialization research stage in the research stage of product manufacture in the basic material research stage, and the execution target and the way of achievement to be achieved in each stage are systematically I made a plan and proceeded my research. This paper details the product commercialization research stage, which is the final stage of the three stages of the research process. The maximum load bearing performance of the prototype manufactured based on the research and the endurance performance evaluation proposal of the main components of the chair are established and done. Performance tests included maximum seating load evaluation, auxiliary damper durability performance evaluation, backrest repeat behavior performance evaluation, and so on. In addition, we performed evaluation of satisfaction by using prototype chair for elderly people of real user. Based on this research process, we have acquired intellectual property rights with prototypes that have been completed, and achieved good design awards.
