그래픽 조직자를 활용한 PBL 프로그램이 영재의 개인변인에 따라 비판적·창의적 사고력과 성향에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 그래픽 조직자를 활용한 PBL(Problem-Based Learning; PBL) 프로그램이 영재의 개인변인인 가정환경, 학교환경에 따라 비판적 사고력과 성향, 창의적 사고력과 성향에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 이와 같은 연구를 수행하기 위하여 웩슬러 지능검사 IQ 125 이상 또는 레이븐 지능검사 결과 백분위 90 이상인 영재아동 25명을 대상으로 각각의 개인변인 점수의 상위그룹과 하위그룹을 비교하여 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 수행한 연구결과를 종합적으로 요약 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 그래픽 조직자를 활용한 PBL 프로그램을 가정에서 심리적 지지를 잘 받은 아동에게 적용했을 때 비판적 성향의 하위요인인 자기신뢰성에서 더 효과적인 결과를 나타냈다. 한편 가정에서 심리적 지지를 잘 받지 못하는 아동에게 적용했을 때 비판적 성향의 하위요인인 개방성, 탐구성, 창의적 성향의 하위요인인 동기에서 더 효과적인 결과를 나타냈다. 둘째, 그래픽 조직자를 활용한 PBL 프로그램을 교사와 관계가 좋은 아동에게 적용했을 때 비판적 사고력의 하위요인인 숨겨진 가정 확인하기, 비판적 성향 전체와 하위요인인 개방성, 탐구성에서 더 효과적인 결과를 나타냈다. 그리고 그래픽 조직자를 활용한 PBL 프로그램을 또래와 관계가 좋은 아동에게 적용했을 때 비판적 사고력의 하위요인인 숨겨진 가정확인하기, 비판적 성향의 하위요인인 개방성, 자기신뢰성에서 더 효과적인 결과를, 또래와 관계가 좋지 않은 아동에게 적용했을 때 비판적 사고력의 하위요인인 신뢰로운 정보 선택하기에서 더 효과적인 결과를 나타냈다. 이상과 같은 결과는 그래픽 조직자를 활용한 PBL 프로그램이 영재의 개인변인에 따라 비판적 사고력과 성향, 창의적 사고력과 성향에 다르게 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 의미한다.

영문 초록

In this study,intended to examine what impact it influences on critical thinking ability and personality, creativethinking ability and personality of the gifted students in accordance with homeenvironment and school environment. The subjects of this study were 4th grade to 6th grade 25 students whose IQ of 125 or more based on Wechsler Scale of Intelligence or with 90 or more based on Raven Intelligence Test. The overall briefed contents of the result carried by this research are as follows. Firstly, when applying the PBL program utilizing graphic organizer to the children who have received psychological support well in the family, it showed more effective result in the self-reliance which is the sub-factor of the critical personality, and when applying it to the children who does not receive psychological support well in the family, it showed more effective result in the openness, exploratory property which are the sub-factors of the critical personality, and in the motivation which is the sub-factor of the creative personality. Secondly, when applying the PBL program utilizing the graphic organizer to children who have good relationship with teachers, it showed more effective results in the identifying hidden assumption which is the sub-factor of the critical thinking ability, and in the sub-factors of the critical personality such as openness, exploratory property and the whole of the critical personality. And when applying the PBL program utilizing graphic organizer to the children who have good relationship with peers, it showed more effective result in the identifying hidden assumption which is the sub-factor of the critical thinking ability, and openness and self-reliance which are the sub-factors of the critical personality. And when applying it to the children who do not have good relationship with peers, it showed more effective result in the selecting reliable information, which is the sub-factor of the critical thinking ability.
