영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to help financial institution to understand the credit evaluation for ABS and PF of real estate development firm. In a addition, intended to contemplate risk mitigation method measured by business risk type, and risk reduction measures through K bank s case studies of ABS and PF. To achieve this aim of a study, We presented a plan for applying for the credit evaluation for ABS and PF in the development of real estate, through a case analysis of K bank, after whole credit evaluation theory of the real estate development, ABS and PF, and after examining a credit evaluation method related ABS and PF. As one of the means to solving the problem of credit evaluation, there had been a attempt to apply the ABS and PF to a combined structure. In order to succeed the credit evaluation for ABS and PF requires a lot of effort, introduce the new factor for credit evaluation.
