국문 초록

본 연구는 지적교육의 기초이론을 토대로 현행 지적교육의 실태를 대학, 산업체, 관을 중심으로 조사ㆍ분석하여 문제점을 도출하고, 도출된 문제점에 대한 개선방안을 제시하여 향후 지적교육의 체계화를 도모해 보고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 이상과 같은 연구목적의 효율적 달성을 위해, 본 연구는 문헌조사법을 통해 지적교육의 기초 이론을 검토하였으며, 구체적 사례조사를 통해 지적교육의 실태를 파악하였다. 아울러 향후 지적교육의 개선방안을 제시함에 있어서는 검토된 내용을 객관적 기준에 토대한 기술적(記述的) 분석방법을 사용하였다. 연구결과, 대학ㆍ대한지적공사 지적연수원ㆍ지방혁신인력개발원 및 해당 지방공무원교육원등을 중심으로 조사ㆍ분석하여 문제점을 도출하고, 도출된 문제점을 효율적으로 개선하기 위한 구체적인 개선방안을 대학, 산업체, 관으로 구분하여 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the study was to induce problems by investigating and analyzing the present actual conditions of cadastral education focused on universities, industries and public agencies on the basis of the basic theory of cadastral education and to grope systematization of cadastral education in the future by proposing plans to settle the induced problems. To achieve the above purpose efficiently, the study basic theories of cadastral education through literature survey and grasped the actual conditions of cadastral education through a survey of concrete cases. Also, the study used the methods of technological analysis based on the objective standard to propose improvements of cadastral education in the future. The study induced problems by investigating and analyzing cadastral training centers, local innovative human resources development centers and the pertinent local officials training institutes and proposed concrete improvements, dividing into universities, industries and public agencies, to improve the induced problems efficiently.
