스마트러닝이 이직자 경력학습과 지속적 사용 의도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

기업 측면에서 경쟁과 불확실성이 가중되는 경영환경 속에서 경쟁력 확보하는 효과적인 인적자원관리가 중요하다는 시각이 확산되고 있다. 기업 평균 재직연한이 감소하고 이직자들이 늘고 있어 인적관리의 차원을 넘어 전략적 측면의 인적자원관리를 다방면의 직무역량 강화 교육을 통해서 조직의 성과창출에 기여하는 방향으로 역할이 전환되는 시점이다. 본 연구에서는 이직과 이직과정에서 스마트러닝을 경험한 20-30대를 대상으로 경력학습과 직무역령 교육 개인적인 특성을 중심으로 스마트러닝을 지속적으로 사용하기 위하여 확장된 기술수용모형을 기반으로 영향을 미치는 요인과 요인별 관계를 파악함에 목적을 두고 있다. 특히 경력학습과의 관계도 알아보고자 한다. 본 연구를 통하여 기업, 조직, 더하여 교육서비스와 콘텐츠를 제공하는 업체에서 스마트러닝의 활용을 확대할 수 있음에 도움을 줄 수 있기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

In the business environment where competition and uncertainty are increasing in the business side, it is becoming more and more common that effective human resource management is essential to secure competitiveness. As the average age of the company decreases and the number of employees increases, it is time to shift the role of human resource management from strategic management to the role of contributing to the creation of organizational performance through multifaceted job competency training. Therefore, in this study, it is aimed to investigate the effects of career learning and direct trade education on the personal characteristics of 20 ~ 30 aged group students who have experienced smart learning in the process of turnover and separation. Based on the extended technology acceptance model The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between factors and factors. In particular, we want to examine the relationship with career learning. Through this study, it is expected that it will be able to expand the use of smart learning more in corporate aspects, organizations, and companies that provide educational services and contents.
