국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 어린이집원장의 감성리더십과 원장-교사관계(LMX)가 교사의 직무만족과 교사-유아 상호작용에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하고, 이를 통해 어린이집교사가 직무에 만족하고 영․유아에게 양질의 교사-유아 상호작용을 제공할 수 있도록 하는데 있다. 본 연구를 분석하기 위해 서울지역 국공립어린이집에서 현재 근무하고 있는 어린이집교사를 대상으로 2019년 5월 14일부터 5월 17일까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 43명의 응답자중 43명이 응답한 자료를 분석하였다. 수집한 자료를 분석하기 위해 통계프로그램인 SPSS를 이용하여, 대상자의 인구통계학적 특성은 빈도분석, 개념 및 구성요소의 기술통계량, 구성요소 간의 상관계수, 가설검정을 위한 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과 가설 1)감성리더십은 교사의 직무만족 유의미한 영향이 없으며 가설 2)감성리더십은 교사-유아상호작용에 유의미한 영향이 주지 않았다. 가설 3)감성리더십 하위요인은 원장 –교사관계에 유의미한 영향을 미치며 특히 감성리더십의 하위요인 관계 관리는 원장-교사 교환관계에 있어 영향을 가장 많이 미쳤다. 가설 4)원장-교사 교환 관계는 교사의 직무만족 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 가설 5) 원장-교사 교환 관계는 교사-유아상호작용에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the influence of kindergarten director’s emotional leadership and leader-member exchange(LMX) on job satisfaction and kindergarten teacher-child interaction, furthermore, I propose that teacher could be satisfied with one’s job and offer good quality of teacher-child interaction through this analysis. I surveyed 43 kindergarten teachers who works at national kindergarten in Seoul from May 14thtoMay17th,2019.Ianalyzedatawithstatisticalprogram(SPSS).Frequencyanalysis,correlationcoeffici entandmultipleregressionanalysisisusedforparticipant’sdemographicfactor,conceptandsubfactorandstat isticalhypothesistesting,respectively. An analysis result shows that Hypothesis 1) Correlation between director’s emotional leadership and teacher’s job satisfaction, Hypothesis 2) Correlation between director’s emotional leadership and teacher-child interaction, both hypothesis 1,2 are nonsignificant influence for each component. For the hypothesis 3,4,5, it purposes that these factors are significant. To be specific, Hypothesis 3) Correlation between subfactors of director’s emotional leadership and director-teacher relationship is meaningful, especially relationship management is the most important subfactor. Hypothesis 4) Correlation between director-teacher relationship and job satisfaction and Hypothesis 5) director-teacher relationship and teacher-child relationship both hypothesis have positive effect for each component.
