국문 초록

도저히 끝날 것 같지 않던 북한과의 갈등은 2018년 들어 북한이 보여준 전향적 태도로 변화의 조짐이 보였으나 2019년 현재 북핵 문제는 해결되지 않고 남북관계의 진전도 더 이상 없다. 하지만 남북관계는 득실을 떠나 반드시 개선되어 남과 북이 경제발전을 이루어야 할 역사적 숙명을 가지고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 남북교류협력사업이 가지는 정치, 경제적 의미를 충분히 고려해 중소기업들이 북한사업을 진출할 때 김정은시대 북한경제 현황을 이해하고 현실적인 투자 환경을 분석하여 경제적 리스크를 줄이며, 나아가 남북한 간의 경제협력의 토대를 위한 전략수립의 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

영문 초록

The conflict with North Korea, which seemed to be unlikely to be overturned, showed signs of change due to the proactive attitude of North Korea in 2018, but the North Korea nuclear issue is not resolved until 2019 and the progress of inter-Korean relations is no longer in progress. However, the inter-Korean relations must be improved and the South and the North Korea have a historical fate to make economic development. The purpose of this study is to understand the current state of North Korean economy and analyze the investment environment to reduce the risks when SMEs enter into the North Korean business in full consideration of the political and economic implications of inter - Korean exchange and cooperation projects. I would like to suggest a plan for establishing a strategy for the foundation.
