국문 초록

자본주의 사회에서 기업은 이윤의 극대화라는 목표를 이루기 위해, 인간을 하나의 자원으로 간하여 도구화하는 경향이 있다. 그 결과 인간소외(alienation) 및 부의 양극화 현상이 심각한 사회적 문제로 거론되고 있다. 오늘날 경제성장에 따른 물질적 풍요와 번영이 인류사회에 행복을 가져다 줄 것이라는 통념은 오늘날 ‘물질적 풍요 속의 정신적 빈곤’이라는 문제제기에 의해 그 위상이 흔들리고 있다. 자본주의가 인류사회의 행복과 공동번영에 기여하는 경영 경제체제로서 역할을 다하려면, 자본주의 역시 시대의 변화에 맞추어 진화해야 한다. 더욱이 21세기 4차 산업혁명을 넘어서 우주인류 영성과학기술 신문명을 창달하기 위한 초 고도 의식(영성) 산업구조 설계와 창업 벤처기업 생태계 변혁을 이룩하고 유(有)에서 유(有)를 만드는 혁신(Innovation)을 넘어서 무(無)에서 유(有)를 만드는 진성 창조를 이룩하기 위해서는 저자가 일찍이 1990년 창시한 깨달음경영학(MOSEE)의 새로운 창조연구의 5차원 영역을 터득하는 창업 벤처 기업가와 기업 조직원들의 창조 역량의 획기적 향상 방법론 기법을 모색하고 대안을 도출하고자 한다. 이 연구는 깨달음경영학(MOSEE; Management Of allSelves’ Enlightenment and Empowerment)의 새로운 과학적 학문연구를 통해 새로운 자아실현성 영역을 추구하는 동시에, 4차원 가치경영을 넘어서 새로운 5차원 요소인 의식(영적) 자원 및 자산(SRA: Spirit Resource and Asset)과 본질적으로 무(無)에서 유(有)를 창조하는 창조적 창업 벤처를 위한 깨달음경영학(MOSEE for Start-Up Venture Business)에 대한 연구 및 방법론 기법 도구 성취 효과 검증 및 추적에 대하여 의논코자 한다. 따라서 5차원 의식(영성)산업 설계를 선도할 깨달음경영학(MOSEE)에 관한 고유한 철학, 고유한 탐구 영역, 이론,방법, 기법, 도구, 개발 운영 원리 및 현장 실용 활용 등을 체계적으로 시스템 설계하는데 목적을 둔다. (*주: 고도 의식과 영성을 High level of Human Consciousness 또는 High level of Spirit 라고 해도 좋으나 영어로는 Spirit 이라고 하는 것이 더 보편타당하므로 이 논문에서는Spirit 이라 한다.)

영문 초록

Corporations in modern capitalism society define the human beings as a means of producing performances, while utilizing them as resources and tools in the process of management in order to maximize profits from the stockholders’ and top-level management’s viewpoint for the sake of efficiency and effectiveness of the management only. In the situation, humanity is overlooked and the extreme diversions in the income structures are deepened, while one percent of people govern the rest 99% of people. Hence, people suffer from relative poverties, while feeling unhappy, even though they have been much better in materially-abundant and convenient living environment. The theories based on modern knowledge management and practices have the clear limitations, if not impossible, in solving the critical issue of humanity deprivation in the modern society. I would like now to create and show clearly an alternative academic field and ways and means to recover the genuine humanity and thus to solve problems people encounter in routine lives. The new academic field and concepts I would like to introduce is the Management of AllSelves Enlightenment and Empowerment (here after MOSEE). Since the MOSEE has been developing the 5th dimension spirit resource asset, it could conciliate the modern major management philosophies, i e, Creating Shared Value(CSV) of Michel Porter, professor of Harvard University, Strategic Intent(SI) of Professor Gary Hamel, Complexity Economics of Santa fe Institute, 美德經營(Beauty Virtue Management) of professor Nonaka Ikujiro and others analyzing comparatively the limitations in the various built-in aspects and suggesting the resolutions related to each of them. Moreover the MOSEE will be able to breakthrough and create the Globe Human high level Spirituality super Science Technology Civilization(GHSSTC) and the Universe Human super Spirituality super Science Technology Civilization(UHSSTC) no later than 2040 for the peace, freedom and perpetual prosperity of the mankind forever. The MOSEE ensure the self-transformative education methodologies and tools for the entrepreneurship and the organization of the Creative Start-Up Venture Business Society
