빅데이터를 활용한 ‘기내안전’ 네트워크 분석

국문 초록

최근 세계여행관광은 항공 여객 발달에 힘입어 급속한 성장세를 보여 왔고, 항공 여객의 증가세는 지속될 전망이다. 그러나 가장 안전하고 가장 빠른 교통수단인 항공여행에서 최근 수년간에 걸쳐 대형사고와 기내난동 사건 등으로 인하여 승객들이 안전을 위협받고 있다. 하지만 항공안전관련 연구는 활발히 지속되고 있으나, 기내안전관련 연구들은 아직 미진한 실정이다. 따라서, 이와 관련된 연구를 수행하기 위하여 항공고객 및 잠재고객에 대한 다양의견을 수렴하고, 방대한 자료를 수집한 다음, 네트워크 분석을 하여 향후 항공사들의 안전관련 대응 방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 텍스톰(TEXTOM) 프로그램을 활용하 여 데이터를 수집, 정제한 후 매트릭스를 생성하였다. 데이터 수집 기간은 2018년 1월 1일부터 2018년 12월 31일까지 1년 동안의 데이터를 네이버, 다음에서 검색어로 ‘기내안전’을 사용하였다. 분석결과 ‘기내안전’ 주요 연관 단어로 승무원, 객실승무원, 서비스, 안전, 채용, 업무, 기내, 항공기, 교육, 대한항공, 기내안전, 승객, 에어서울, 고객 등이 해당되었으며, 사람, 항공 사, 안전, 채용과 관련된 단어들이 주요한 이슈가 되고 있었다. 특히, 승무원, 객실승무원과 같은 단어빈도가 높은 연관어들은 중심성 값도 높게 나타났으며, ‘기내안전’ 네트워크에서 영향력이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 승객들이 목적지까지 편안하고 안전하게 도착할 때까지 기내서비스와 기내안전활동을 담당하는 객실승무원들을 기내서비스 및 기내안전 교육 을 철저히 교육시킴으로써 불만고객 발생과 기내안전 사고발생을 방지하는 것이 최선의 대응방안으로 도출되었다.

영문 초록

The recent world travel and tourism has shown rapid growth thanks to the development of Air travel and the increase in air travel is expected to continue. However, passengers have been threatened with safety due to major accidents and in-flight riots in recent years in air travel, which is the safest and fastest means of transportation. However, research on aviation safety is continuing, but the background of this research is the inadequate research on safety in cabin. In order to collect more diverse and vast amount of data for airline customers and potential customers, and to draw up safety measures for airlines in the future, unlike the existing survey method, the method of using social big data are adopted. In this study, a matrix was created after collecting and refining data using TEXTOM program. Data collection period was from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2018, data for one year were collected on Naver and Daum using search keyword of In-flight safety . Analysis showed that the key words associated with in-flight safety included crew, cabin crew, service, safety, recruitment, work, in-flight, aircraft, education, Korean Air, in-flight safety, passengers, Air seoul and customers, and words related to people, airlines, safety and recruitment were becoming major issues. Relatives with high word frequency also showed high centrality values and were found to be influential in the in-flight safety network. The result shows that the best response was to prevent the occurrence of dissatisfied customers and accidents by thoroughly educating the cabin crew responsible for in-flight service and in-flight safety until passengers arrived at their destinations in a comfortable and safe..
