항공서비스관련학과 교육과정환경이 학생 만족도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 국내 2∼4년제 항공서비스 관련 학과에 재학 중인 학생들을 대상으로 교육에 대한 만족도를 분석하고자 연구하였다. 학생들의 교육만족도에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인 중에서 교육환경, 교수 능력, 교과과정에 중점을 두어 분석함으로써 학생들의 만족도를 보다 구체적으로 도출하여 향후 효율적인 교육의 방향수립 및 전문인력으로서 역할 수행에 이바지하고자 아래 위함이다. 연구결과는 항공서비스 교육과정 구성이 학생들의 교육만족도에 미치는 영향 분석에서 유의미한 차이가 있었고, 교수 능력, 교육환경, 행정서비스가 통계적으로 유의한 양의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다만, 교육과정 및 학교복지에 의한 변화는 특징적인 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 학생들의 교육만족도는 교수 능력, 교육환경, 행정적 서비스 등에서 유의미한 결과가 도출됨에 따라 항공서비스 관련 학과를 개설한 교육기관들은 더욱 유능한 교수진의 확보와 함께 양질의 교육을 제공하고, 실습이 중요한 환경적 요인임을 고려하여 다양한 실습 장비 등 물리적 교육환경의 설치, 적극적이고 신속한 행정서비스의 제공을 통해 상호발전적인 모습을 기대할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to study the satisfaction of education for the students enrolled in domestic aviation services related to domestic aviation services. Among the various factors influencing students educational satisfaction, the focus is on educating students, faculty, and curriculum, focusing on students satisfaction. To achieve this goal, we aim to contribute to the role of effective training in future development and professional training. This research conducted in-depth analyses through various statistical techniques, such as analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis, based on the data collected through the survey, based on the data collected during the course of the aviation service training course. The study found that there was significant difference in the impact of aviation service education on students ’ satisfaction with the educational satisfaction level (F=100.968), the teaching environment (p = 0.000), education environment (p = 0.001), and administrative services (p = 0.027).However, changes in educational processes and school welfare did not have a significant impact. Based on the results of this study, students ’ satisfaction with teaching was derived from the teaching ability, educational environment, and administrative service. Education institutes specializing in aviation services are believed to be able to provide quality education with the help of more competent lecturers, and provide interactive experience for the establishment of physical education environment, active and rapid management of the physical education environment.
