국문 초록

문화다원주의 시대의 진정한 ‘이해’와 ‘비평’을 위한 디자인 조기교육 프로그램 개발과 마지막 개선 주안점으로 꼽히는 교육과정 및 교식 밖 프로그램의 지속적인 성장을 위한 여건 마련에 주목하며 진행한 문화다원주의 디자인 조기 교육 프로그램 연구는 관련 전문가와 교사, 어린이, 학부모의 인터뷰와 선행연구에서 도출된 문제점을 기반으로 이해, 비평, 창의 , 참여를 주요 평가요소로 적용한 디자인교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 개발된 디자인교육 프로그램에는 초등학교 1-2학년 어린이 12명이 8회기에 걸쳐서 참여하였으며, 디자인 활동에 참여한 어린이들의 활동 전과 활동 후 자기평가 작성을 통해 변화의 추이를 정량화하였다. 이를 통하여 어린이들이 디자인교육 프로그램에 참가 후 서로를 이해하는 마음과 태도, 디자인 활동에 적극 참여하기 위한 의사표현이 긍정적으로 성장하였음을 알 수 있었고, 반면에 활동 전 창의적 생각과 작업에 자신감을 보이던 어린이들이 디자인프로그램에 참여하면서 다소 어려움을 겪었음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과는 다양성을 수용하고 타인을 이해하는 소통능력이 우수한 시민을 양성하기 위해서는 디자인적 사고와 그룹 활동이 교육적으로 매우 긍정적인 성과를 제공할 수 있다는 검증이 되어 디자인 조기교육의 성장의 발판이 된다.

Design for the understanding and criticism in the era of cultural pluralism Focused on developing the early education program and focusing on the conditions for continuous growth of the curriculum and out-of-school program, The program research has developed a design education program that applies understanding, criticism, creativity and participation as the main evaluation factors based on the problems derived from the related experts, teachers, children and parents interviews and previous studies. Through this, it was found that the children s attitude to understand each other after participating in the design education program, and the expression of intention to act on the design activities grew positively. On the other hand, children who showed confidence in creative thinking and work before the activity Participation in the design program showed some difficulties. The results of this study show that design awareness and group activities can provide very positive educational results in order to cultivate citizens who are able to accept diversity and understand other people and have good communication ability. do.
