국문 초록

본 연구는 학교적응과 관련하여 보호요인이 부모애착이 학교적응에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 그과정에서 위험요인인 스마트폰 중독과 보호요인인 외상 후 성장의 매개효과를 살펴보고자 한다. 서울시와 수도권에 소재한 고등학교 1∼2학년인 340명을 대상으로 조사 이중 외상경험이 없거나 불성 실한 설문지 119부를 제외한 후 최종적으로 외상 경험이 있다는 221명으로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과에 따르면, 첫째, 부모애착, 외상 후 성장, 학교적응에는 정적 상관으로 나타났지만, 스마트폰 중독과 학교적응은 부적 상관으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부모애착과 학교적응 간의 관계를 스마트폰 중독과 외상 후 성장의 구조방정식 모형은 적합한 지수로 나타났다. 셋째, 부모애착이 학교적응에 직접 적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 스마트폰 중독과 외상 후 성장을 통하여 간접적으로 영향을 주는 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 부모애착은 학교적응에 영향을 미치기도 하지만 스마 트폰 중독과 외상 후 성장을 통해 학교적응에 영향을 미친다. 따라서 스마트폰 중독의 수준을 낮추 고, 자기 자신의 가능성을 가지고 감사하는 삶을 살아가는 방법을 청소년들에게 제시한다면 효과적인 적응을 가져올 수 있을 것으로 본다.

영문 초록

The research explores the influence of students attachment to parents as a protective factor and the meditating effects of the smartphone addiction and posttraumatic growth as risk factors in regard to their adjustment to school life. For the research, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 340 1st and 2nd grade high school students who were living in Seoul and Metro area in the vicinity of Seoul. Among them, 221 cases that were relevant to the students’ trauma excluding non-traumatic or irrelevant cases were analysed. According to the research, three significant results can be observed. First of all, student’s attachment to parents and posttraumatic growth displayed a positive correlation and the smartphone addiction did a negative correlation to the students’ school adjustment. Secondly, the structural equation model for such factors as students’ attachment to parents, school adjustment, smartphone addiction, and posttraumatic growth proved to be relevant. Thirdly, the students’ attachment to parents presented to be not only a direct influence but also a mediating effect through smartphone addiction and posttraumatic growth on the school adjustment. Therefore, in order for the students’ successful adjustment to school life, it can be useful that they lower the level of smartphone addiction and learn how to maintain self-efficacy and an attitude of thankfulness.
