국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 중학생의 자아정체감 형성을 촉진하기 위한 집단상담 프로그램을 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 자아정체감 형성 촉진에 필요한 구성요소를 문헌분석과 전문가 집단의 내용타당도 검증을 거쳐 자기수용성, 주도성, 주체성, 친밀성, 목표지향성, 미래 확신성, 하위요인의 통합을 주요 내용으로 구성하였다. 본 연구의 개발과정은 ADDIE 교수설계모형에 기초하여 첫째, 분석단계 에서는 문헌연구를 바탕으로 관련인의 요구분석, 학습자분석, 과제분석을 하였다. 둘째, 설계단계에 서는 수행목표를 설정하였으며, 평가도구를 선정하고, 학습 내용 계열화와 교수 전략 및 매체를 선정하였다. 셋째, 개발 단계에서는 설계에 기초하여 예비 프로그램을 구성하여 중학생 15명을 대상으로 프로그램을 실시하면서 예비 프로그램의 적절성과 내용 타당도 검증을 거쳐 이를 수정·보완하여 총 10회기(회기별 90분)로 최종 프로그램을 구성하였다. 본 연구는 중학생의 자아정체감 형성을 촉진하기 위해 우리나라에 적합한 자아정체감의 개념과 그 하위요인을 반영하여 집단상담 프로그램을 개발하고자 하는 첫 시도라는 점에서 의의가 있다. 본 프로그램의 효과검증에 대한 후속연구가 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop a group counseling program to facilitate ego-identity formation for middle school students. To do this, self-acception, directed-ness, intimacy, goal-directed-ness, future assurance and integration were set up as the major tasks through literature analysis and several experts’ verification for its content validity on components to facilitate ego-identity formation. Based on the ADDIE Instructional Design Model, first, the need of people concerned, learners’ characteristics and tasks were analyzed on the basis of literature research at the analysis stage. Second, the performance objectives, instrument for evaluation, teaching strategies and media were selected at the designing stage. Third, after constructing the draft of the program based on the design and modifying and complementing it, the final program consisting of ten sessions, 90 minutes each, was constructed at the developing stage. This study has the great value in the sense that it has been first developed based upon the Korean definition of ego-identity and its sub-elements using the group counseling format to facilitate ego-identity formation for middle school students. The follow-up study to verify the effect of the program is needed.
