영문 초록

Housing problems inevitably arise in the process of forming a single-parent family, housing problems affect child care, and lead to poverty in the living, resulting in social problems. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the housing history that occurs during the typical single-parent formation process and to understand how the housing situation changes. It is necessary to analyze the residential history that occurs in the typical single-parent formation process and to understand how the residential status changes. Clark, Deurloo & Dieleman (2003) found that through analysis of residential history, it is possible to know the quality of housing achieved at the time of the final destination and the status of residential movements. In particular, the right to residence such as ownership and lease after the formation of a single-parent family by divorce is closely related to the protection of housing rights in that it is a decision to occupy a house rather than a mere property value. It is necessary to analyze the occupation pattern in that it is directly related to the economic aspect such as the burden of the housing cost after the formation of the single parent family.
