영문 초록

Four years have passed since the introduction of the housing lease management business, but there is still a lease management system and landlord-centered lease that are not systematic. However, the vacancy problem, which directly affects the profitability of rental housing, is the most important factor in the satisfaction of tenants. In order to revitalize the housing lease management business, it is necessary to improve the satisfaction of the tenant and maintain a high renewal rate. This study was conducted for tenants living in housing managed by a housing lease management company in Busan Metropolitan City, and the tenant satisfaction was selected by five items such as environmental factors, facility factors, operational factors, cost factors, and management service factors of independent factors and parameters, and the dependent variable was intended to verify the hypothesis set up to determine the impact relationship between variables by setting the intention of renewal. In the future, the demand for housing demand in Korea, demand for rents of urban living houses and semi-housings is increasing, especially in the city center, and it is changing to monthly rent or deposit monthly rent rather than traditional lump- sum deposit system. Therefore, this study aims to contribute as a reference that the housing lease management service in Korea, which has a very short history compared to developed countries, secures the tenants steadily by improving the contract renewal rate, and provides quality services to finding ways to make continuous development.
