영문 초록

As one of efforts to promote local social welfare, this study purposed to provide basic materials for local social welfare, which recognizes social desires and problems in adolescents socialization and social integration process, prevents such problems from hindering adolescents’ healthy development, and support sound growth, to resolve various desires and problems related to adolescent welfare and realize adolescents integration into society. We conducted a questionnaire survey with 200 middle and high school students in Taean-gun. In the results of surveying perception of adolescent related problems, the mosti highly perceived problems were drinking and smoking, which were followed by problems in study, future career, leisure, culture, opposite sex friend, etc. It is necessary to establish a cooperation system among health and welfare organizations, facilities, institutions, the country office, and private sectors centering of the local social welfare conference and educational institutions. In addition, organic adolescent welfare information system should be constructedi through organic cooperation among parent associations, county council members, and town and village welfare committee members. There should be regular education on adolescent welfare, campaigns for the healthy growth of adolescents, sponsorship and sisterhood programs led by public and private organizations such as the associations of citizens, women, and parents, and educational institutions.
