영문 초록

This research is to examine a psychological effect that are shown by the citizens in Tae-An after the Hebei Spirit incident. These effects are various and it includes the feeling of losing bond and trust from the regional community, personal conflicts, bad rumors and conflict between various groups, intemal issues, and the anger toward the govemment. The research’s goal is to examine these problems and to find the right treatment in order torestore a regional community. Also, the research will discuss how the restoration of region community can help establishing a good living in Tae-An. First, we will define what regional community is and list the psychological effects of Tae-An citizens after the incident. Then we wi11 suggest some solutions on how to restore a regional community and present the model to operate this community. This will help to solve the problems and make Tae-an more suitable living place.
