특 1급 호텔 종사자의 직무배태성이 직무태도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 특 1급 호텔 종사자의 직무배태성이 여러 가지 직무태도에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 본 연구 목적 달성을 위해 서울에 위치한 특 1급 호텔 종사자를 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 최종 413부를 실증분석에 이용하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 직무배태성의 직무적합성은 직무소진, 이직의도, 반생산적과업행동과 같은 부정적 직무태도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반대로 직무적합성은 직무 만족과 조직시민행동에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무배태성의 지각된희생은 직무만족과 반생산적과업행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 직무소진, 이직의도, 조직시민행동과는 유의한 관계가 없는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 학문적․실무적 시사점을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of job embeddedness on burnout, job satisfaction, turnover intention, organizational citizenship behavior, and counter productive work behavior of employees in the deluxe hotels. In order to achieve the objectives, survey data was collected from employees who work in the deluxe hotel restaurants in Seoul. A total 413 data samples were used to test the hypotheses. The statistical tool used this study was the IBM statistical package SPSS (22.0). The result of the multiple regression analysis indicated that fit of job embeddedness have a positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior, and negative effect on burnout, turnover intention, and counterproductive work behavior. Sacrifice of job embeddedness has a positive effect on job satisfaction while sacrifice of job embeddedness has a negative effect on counterproductive work behavior. Several theoretical and managerial implications and limitations were discussed.
