영문 초록

There has been a paradigm shift in the state of broadcasting due to the convergence of broadcasting and communication services and the spread of digital broadcasting. It is thus time to review the role of and the necessity for regional broadcasting. In this paper, I analyze the major performance statistics of Incheon N broadcasting from 2015 to 2017. For this analysis, I compare the changes of the amount of channels, media content, members and monthly average hits in Incheon N broadcasting. I present a plan to activate media broadcasting for local citizens. For this activation, it is needed to apply customized service and to develop killer content.
