국문 초록

중국은 전 세계 이산화탄소 배출량의 20%를 배출하며 세계 최대 탄소 배출국으로 지정되었다. 중국이 배출하는 이산화탄소 중 16%의 배출량이 제조업에서 발생하는 것으로 파악되고 있어 환경을 보호하고 환경문제를 해결하기 위해서는 중국과 중국 제조 기업들의 환경을 고려한 사회적 책임의식이 반드시 강화되어야 한다. 그러나 윤리적인 접근만으로 환경 보호 사회적 책임을 의무 화하는 것은 단순한 이벤트로 그칠 위험이 있다. 따라서 환경을 보호 노력을 지속하기 위해서는 기업의 사회적 책임 활동이 윤리 적인 목표 뿐 만 아니라 기업 이윤 측면에서의 성과에도 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있음을 규명할 필요가 있다. 이를 통해 중국과 중국기업이 사회적 책임 활동을 지속할 동기를 부여하고 각 성과에 영향을 주는 구체적인 사회적 책임 활동을 제시하여 환경 보호와 동시에 기업의 이윤 추구를 효율적으로 달성할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

영문 초록

China has been designated as the world’s largest carbon emitter by emitting 20% of the world’s carbon dioxide emissions. It is estimated that 16% of the total amount of carbon dioxide emitted by China is generated in the manufacturing industry. Therefore in order to protect the environment and solve already occurred environmental problems, the environmental awareness of China and Chinese manufacturing enterprises must be strengthened. However, it could end up as just a one time event if mandating corporate responsibility to protect environment. In order to encourage themselves to sustain environmental protection efforts it is necessary to identify that corporate social responsibility activities can positively affect not only ethical goals but also corporate performance. The purpose of this study is to suggest detailed ways to protect environment effectively while improving the profit efficiently.
