국문 초록

중국의 물류 기업들이 글로벌 비즈니스로 영역이 확장되면서 기업의 구조가 제3자 물류기업의 형태로 사업이 발전하고 있다. 물류산업의 구조는 거대 경제권 국가인 미국, 중국, 일본, 유럽 등을 중심으로 다각적인 이해관계를 가지고 글로벌 비즈니스 환경의 변화를 주도하고 있다. 이 과정에서 중국의 수출입 기업들이 제3자 물류의 서비스 수준에 의한 물류성과를 도출하는 것이 큰이슈로 등장되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 중국의 제3자 물류기업의 물류 서비스 수준이 사업성과인 기업운영의 효율성과 재무적 성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는 것이다. 본 연구는 선행연구 검토를 통해 중국 제3자 물류기업의 물류서비스 결정요인으로 파트너십(Partnership), 서비스 품질(Service Quality)을 도출하고 기업성과에 해당하는 업무효율성과 재무성과 요인에 대해 채택된 4개의 가설로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석 대상은 중국의 제3자 물류기업으로 2017년 8월부터 2018년 4월 30일 까지 북경, 상하이, 허난성, 광동성, 저장성 등의 지역에서 추출된 200부의 설문을 대상으로 실증분석 하였다. 분석 결과를 살펴보면, 중국 제3자 물류기업의 파트너십과 서비스 품질이 높을수록 기업의 성과에 각각 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 파트너십과 효율성과의 관계에서 순매출액이 높을수록 효율성이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점은 기업 운영 및 업무프로세스 이행에 따른 효율성 추구 여부, 업무이행의 정확도, 리드타임 관리 등에 대한 기업의 운영적 측면에서 물류서비스 효율성 증대에 초점을 맞춘 공급체인 관리 능력이 중요하고 전략적 물류파트너 제휴의 활성화와 물류정보서 비스의 질적 향상을 추구해야한다는 점이다.

영문 초록

As China’s logistics companies expand into global businesses, the structure of enterprises is developing in the form of third party logistics companies. The structure of the global logistics industry is leading the change of the global business environment by diverse interests based on the major economies such as the US, China, Japan and Europe. In this process, it is becoming an issue for Chinese import and export companies to derive the logistic performance according to the service level of the third party logistics. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the service level on the efficiency and financial performance of business operation. We conducted the empirical analysis of four hypotheses about the business efficiency and financial performance that are derived from the partnership and service quality as determinants of the logistics service of Chinese third party logistics companies. We conducted an empirical analysis of 200 samples from Beijing, Shanghai, Henan Province, Guangdong Province and Zhejiang Province from August 2017 to April 30, 2018. The implication of this study is that it is important to manage the supply chain that focuses on the efficiency of logistics services in terms of operational efficiency, accuracy of business execution and lead time management of the company. It is necessary to pursue the effective partnership and quality improvement of logistics information service.
