보험범죄 피의자와 일반인의 보험사기 의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

국문 초록

제3보험 시장이 성장하면서 (허위)장기입원 등의 연성 보험사기가 증가하고 있으며, 보험범죄 적발자도 증가하고 있다. 이 연구는 보험범죄 피의자와 일반인들 간의 연성 보험사기와 관련된 변수들의 인식도 차이와 보험사기의도에 미치는 영향에 대한 실증연구이다. 분석결과 보험범죄 피의자는 일반인에 비해 보험사기 만연도를 낮게 인식하고 있었으며, 보험 산업에 대한 부정적 인식은 높게 인식하고 있었다. 또한 독립변수들이 보험사기 의도에 미치는 영향에 대한 위계적 회귀분석 결과 보험사기 용인 도가 클수록 보험사기 의도가 높아져 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 변수로 확인된 반면, 도덕적 책무가 높을수록 보험사기 의도는 낮아졌다. 그 외의 독립변수와 성별, 연령, 소득, 보험금 청구경험 등의 변수는 보험사기 의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다.

영문 초록

As the Type 3 insurance market grows, soft insurance fraud, such as a long-term hospitalization, is rising, and insurance criminals are increasing. This study is an empirical study on the difference of cognition and intention of insurance fraud between the criminals and the public. The analysis showed that the Criminals was lowly recognized the prevalence of fraud and the negative perception of the insurance industry was highly recognized compared to the public. Furthermore, the hierarchical regression analysis of the effect of independent variables on insurance fraud meant that the higher the tolerance of fraud, the higher the intention of insurance fraud. and the tolerance of insurance fraud had the greatest influence. On the contrary, the higher the Moral Obligation and the lower the intention of insurance fraud. Other variables, such as those of other independent variables, gender, age, income, and experience of claims, did not have a significant impact on the intent of insurance fraud.
