국문 초록

이 연구는 복합 외상 후 스트레스(CPTSD)에 관한 연구로서 경찰공무원의 정서지능과 부정적 인지를 독립변수 설정하여 이들의 영향관계를 확인하였다. 분석한 결과는 첫째, 정서지능의 하위요인인 정서인식은 충동조절 기능이 변화(β=-4.126 p<.013), 주의력 의식과 자기인식의 변화(β=-3.746 p<.003), 대인관계의 변화(β=-3.415 p<.001), 신체화 증상과 의미체계의 변화(β=-2.475, p<.001)에 부(-)적인 영향관계가 확인되었다. 둘째, 정서지능의 하위요인인 정서활용은 복합PTSD의 하위요인인 정서와 충동조절 기능이 변화(β=3.269 p<.009), 주의력 의식과 자기인식의 변화(β=3.257 p<.000), 대인관계의 변화(β=2.450, p<.002), 신체화 증상 및 의미체계의 변화(β=2.763, p<.002)에 정(+)적인 영향관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 외에 정서지능의 하위요인인 감정이 입과 부정적인지의 하위요인인 부정적 신념은 복합PTSD의 4개 하위요인 모두와 영향 관계는 없는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study is on the complex post-traumatic stress disorder(CPTSD) among police officers which has not been discussed and this study discussed the effect of emotional intelligence and negative cognitions. Also, It was analyzed by structural equation model analysis. The results showed that firstly, one of the emotional intelligence factor has a negative(-) effect on complex post-traumatic stress disorder such as emotional and impulse control functions(β=-4.126 p<.013), changes in attitude and self‐awareness(β=-3.746 p<.003), changes in interpersonal relationships(β=-3.415 p<.001), and changes in somatization symptoms and semantics(β=-2.475, p<.001). Secondly, there was a positive(+) relationship between one of the emotional intelligence factor and complex post-traumatic stress disorder such as emotional and impulse control functions(β=3.269 p<.009), changes in attitude and self‐awareness(β=3.257 p<.000), changes in interpersonal relationships(β=2.450, p<.002), and changes in somatization symptoms and semantics(β=2.763, p<.002). The other variables has no effect on complex post-traumatic stress disorder.
