국문 초록

본 연구는 초기 양육자와의 애착에 대한 암묵기억이 관계에 대한 자기와 대상 표상을 형성하고 이에 따라 대상관계가 영향을 받게 됨을 자전적 기억을 통해 짚어 보았다. 또한 안전한 관계 속에서 이루어지는 기억의 회상과정은 기억의 내용이 아닌 맥락 속에서 사건을 이해하고 재현하는 과정을 통해 파편화되어 있던 기억을 통합적으로 변환시킬 수 있음을 확인하였다. 연구 과정은 협력적자문화기술지 방법을 활용하여 8개월에 걸쳐 공동연구자와의 면담을 통해 이루어졌고, 면담 전사자료, 회상자료, 성찰자료, 일기, SNS 및 문자기록을 활용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 그 결과로 따뜻한 관계에 대한 나의 숨겨진 욕구 발견, 엄마와 나에 대한 표상과 그로 인해 겪었던 관계에서의 거리감의 원인 인식, 공동연구자와의 안전한 관계 속에서 기억의 회상 을 통한 기억의 변환 과정을 기술하였다. 이 연구는 뇌과학적 관점에서의 관계적 표상에 의한 기억의 형성과 변환과정을 심리치료 과정과 연결 지어 고찰해봄으로써 신경생물학과 심리치료 과정에 대한 통합적 연구로써 의미를 갖는다.

영문 초록

This study examines how the implicit memory of attachment to caregivers in early stage of life forms a self representation and target representation of the relationship and how subject relationship is affected, through autobiographical memory. It was confirmed that the process of recalling memories in a safe relationship can integrate the memories that have been fragmented in the process of understanding and reproducing the events in the context, rather than contents of memory themselves. The research was conducted through interviews with co-researchers over 8 months, using the method of collaborative deficit culture and technology, and data were analyzed, using interview transcript, recall data, reflection data, diary, SNS and text records. As a result, the researcher discovered my hidden desire for a warm relationship, the representation of mother and myself, the recognition of the cause for the sense of distance in the relationship I experienced, and the transformation process through re-experiencing the memory in a safe relationship with the collaborator. This study is meaningful as an integrated study of neurobiology and psychotherapy process with examination of the formation and transformation process of memory with relational representation from the viewpoint of brain science in connection with psychotherapy process.
