국문 초록

본 연구는 교사 임파워먼트의 개념을 조명하고 교사 임파워먼트의 구성 내용을 분석해 이를 통해 학교조직문화를 활성화시키는데 목적을 두었다. 교사의 자율성과 창의성을 높이는 방법으로 제시되고 있는 교사 임파워링의 중요성은 변화에 적절히 대응하는 교사의 능력이 교육개혁 성공의 키워드로 작용하고 있는 상황에서, 교육현장에 활기를 불어넣고 교사들로 하여금 자긍심과 동료의식을 갖게 하는 교사 임파워먼트의 구성요소를 밝혀 교사 임파워먼트 척도의 기준으로 삼으려 하였다. 연구결과 교사 임파워먼트의 5가지 수준과 26가지 구성 내용을 제시하여 교사의 심리적인 차원인 자기 효능감 및 동기부여적 관점뿐만 아니라 교사 집단의 다이나믹한 문화의 중요성을 고려해야 교사의 사기 및 응집성이 높아져 학교를 개선하는데 핵심적인 역할을 할 수 있음이 밝혀졌다.

영문 초록

This study must try to look for the concept of teacher empowerment and analysis it’s constitution factors, so, as a result, give a active the school organizational cultures for teachers. The importance of teacher empowering is can’t pass away because it is the method of teacher’s autonomy highly and rich originality. It is a keyword that goes success of education reform for teacher ability properly correspond to verity change. In that situation, teacher empowerment was infused school ground with energy and vitality. It also made self-pride and colleague banding. Therefore, this study give a sub-domain of teacher leadership and it is basic scale of constitution factors into teacher empowerment. Empowering teachers has showed that they gave autonomy, influence, sharing vision, responsibility, and task performance motivation. All of domain are teacher’s empowerment and they are totally activate around the school. Good school has a highly empowering teachers and leads colleagues. The result of this study, 5 domain and 26 factors of teacher empowerment has showed that they are not only feeling of self-efficacy and intrinsic task motivation in the psychological dimension but the importance of dynamic group teacher’s culture. Teacher empowerment is a core school effectiveness and it is the most role that raise the teacher’s morale and affect the cohesion.
