CIPP모형에 기초한 유아교육기관의 안전교육 실태와 요구도

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 유아교육기관에서 필요한 안전교육의 정보제공을 밝혀내기 위해 유아교육기관에서 실행되고 있는 안전교육에 대한 실태와 유아교사의 요구도를 분석하기 위함이다 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 광주 전남지역의 유치원 및 어린이집에 근무하는 교사 명을 대상으로 선행도구 모형을 수정 보완하여 안전교육실태와 요구도분석을 실시하였다 통계분석은 기술통계분석 및 검증과 χ 검증을 실시하였다 연구결과 에 기초한 유아교육기관의 안전교육 실태는 상황 투입 과정 산출 평가의 모든 평가결과에 있어서 보통 이상으로 나타났으며 상황평가 영역과 과정평가 영역에서 높게 나타났다 유아교사의 배경변인별 실태는 모든 평가영역에서 유치원보다는 어린이집의 경우 세 이하의 연령 보다는 세 이상의 유아교사의 경우 년 미만의 경력보다는 년 이상의 경력에 있어서 더 적극적으로 인식하고 있었다 안전교육 운영에 대한 요구도는 유치원의 경우 어린이집보다 안전교육전문가를 더 필요로 하고 있었으며 성폭력 및 아동학대 예방교육과 실습교육 또는 현장학습교육을 선호하고 있었다 이러한 연구결과는 유아교육기관에서의 안전교육이 영유아의 안전과 밀접한 상관관계를 가지고 있다고볼 수 있으므로 유아교육기관의 체계적이고 효율적인 안전교육 정착을 위한 노력이 필요함을 시사한다

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the actual situation of safety education in child education institutions and the needs of child teachers to clarify the information provision of necessary safety education in child education institutions. To achieve the purpose of this study, 283 teachers working in kindergartens and day care centers in Gwangju city and Chonnam province were surveyed. This study revised and supplemented the CIPP model, the preceding tool to analyze the actual state of safety education and the needs. For the statistical analysis, this study performed descriptive statistics, t, F test and χ2 test. As a result of the study, the actual state of safety education of child education institutions based on CIPP was found to be higher than normal in the results of all evaluation fields including situation, input, process, and output evaluation, and higher in the evaluation fields of situation and process. As a result, the actual condition of safety education of child education institutions based on CIPP was highly recognized in the situation assessment, and the actual condition of child education institutions was more actively recognized in the case of day care centers rather than kindergartens, in the case of child teachers aged 41 years or older than those under 30 years of age, with more than 7 years experience rather than 3 years experience. In terms of the needs for safety education management, kindergartens rather than day care centers required more safety education experts, and sexual violence and child abuse prevention education and practical training or on the job training were preferred. The results of this study show that the safety education at child education institutions is closely related to the safety of infants and young children, suggesting that efforts should be made to establish systematic and efficient safety education for child education institutions.
