다문화가정 어머니의 가족건강성이 부모자녀관계에 미치는 영향: 자아탄력성의 매개효과를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 다문화가정 어머니의 가족건강성이 부모자녀관계에 미치는 영향에서 자아탄력성의 매개효 과를 살펴보고자 하였으며 경기도의 시에 거주하고 있는 다문화가정 어머니 명을 대상으로 하였다본 연구의 결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다 첫째 다문화가정 어머니가 지각한 가족건강성과 부모자녀관계 자아탄력성간의 관계를 살펴보기 위하여 상관관계분석을 실시한 결과 가족건강성과 부모자녀관계 자아탄력성간 정적 상관관계가 나타났다 둘째 다문화가정 어머니가 지각한 가족건강성이 부모자녀관계에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다 그 결과 가족건강성이 부모자녀관계의 심리적 만족 생활문화 만족 의사소통 만족에 영향요인으로 나타났다 다문화가정 어머니가 지각한 가족 건강성이 높을수록 부모자녀관계 만족도가 높음을 알 수 있었다 셋째 다문화가정 어머니가 지각한 가족건강성이 자아탄력성에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보기 위하여 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과 가족건강성이 영향요인으로 나타났으며 가족건강성이 높을수록 자아탄력성이 높음을 알 수 있었다 넷째 다문화가정 어머니가 지각한 가족건강성이 부모자녀관계에 미치는 영향에서 자아탄력성의 매개효과를 살펴본 결과 자아탄력성이 부분매개효과가 있음이 나타났다 본 연구 결과 다문화가정의 부모자녀관계를 증진시키기 위해서는 어머니가 지각하는 가족건강성을 증진시키는 방안과 심리적 요인인 자아탄력성을 증진시킬 수있는 방안 모색이 필요하다 할 수 있다

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effects of ego resilience in correlation between multicultural family mothers’ family healthiness and relationship between parents and children. The subjects of this study are 221 multicultural family mothers residing in A, G, or N City in Gyeonggi-do. The findings of this study are as follows. First, according to the results of conducting correlation analysis to figure out correlation between family healthiness perceived by multicultural family mothers, relationship between parents and children, and ego resilience, there is positive correlation found between family healthiness, relationship between parents and children, and ego resilience. Second, multiple regression analysis was done to examine the influence of family healthiness perceived by multicultural family mothers on relationship between parents and children. According to the results, family healthiness is found to be the factor influencing the subareas of relationship between parents and children, psychological satisfaction, communicative satisfaction, and life satisfaction. Also, family healthiness is found to be the factor influencing ego resilience. Third, according to the results of examining the mediating effects of ego resilience in correlation between family healthiness perceived by multicultural family mothers and relationship between parents and children, ego resilience is found to have partly mediating effects.
