영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of workers recognition over certain facilities on their satisfaction with settlement conditions of industrial complexes. This study is an empirical analysis focused on how recognition of workers, who comprise the major population in an industrial complex, over physical facilities therein affects their satisfaction with settlement conditions. Included in those facilities are transportation, environmental, and support facilities. Empirical analysis using an ordered logit model suggests that there is statistical significance in such variables as road facility arrangements in the complex, complex landscaping, open space and park establishment, administrative support facilities, and production support facilities. It is shown that these variables have a positive influence on workers satisfaction with settlement conditions. This analysis indicates that when building a further industrial complex, it is important to provide workers with appropriate physical facilities in consideration of those factors that positively affect their satisfaction with its settlement conditions.
