영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to find out how Seoulites who use and live in the foreign group residence area recognize and feel the space which is changing remarkably. The research findings are as follows. Personal experiences of Chinese immigrants have a negative impact on the perception of local living conditions, and the perception of Chinese and Chinese community gives a positive effect in the living environment awareness. The local vitality factor of Chinese migrants has a positive effect on the perception of Chinese. The satisfaction of Chinese group residence area is greatly influenced by the local living environment. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance their satisfaction with the local living environment to improve the satisfaction of local residents living in Chinese residential areas and to solve the social problems such as increased crime, ethnic conflicts and xenophobia including cultural heterogeneity and isolation resulting from cultural differences and prejudices.
