국문 초록

본 연구는 2009 개정 교육과정 창의적 체험활동에 관한 중학교 교사들의 관심도를 측정하고 분석하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 전국 중학교 교사 203명을 대상으로 미국 텍사스 대학교(Uni. of Texas at Austin) 교사교육연구소에서 개발한 교육과정 실행모형(CBAM)을 기반하여 설문조사하고 그 자료를 통계분석 하였다. 연구를 통해 밝혀진 창의적 체험활동에 대한 중학교 교사들의 관심도는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 설문 대상 교사들의 82.37%가 지각적 수준(0단계)에 머물러 있었다. 이것은 창의적 체험활동 교육과정에 대한 중학교 교사들의 관심이 매우 낮다는 것을 의미한다. 둘째, 성별, 지역별로는 관심도 수준에서 차이를 보이지 않았으나 경력별로는 0-5년차 중학교 교사들이 창의적 체험활동에 상대적으로 가장 높은 관심을 유지하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구자는 중학교 교사들의 창의적 체험활동에 대한 관심도를 높이기 위한 방안으로 교육과정 개정시 중학교 교사들의 참여 제고, 정권의 필요성에 따른 교육과정 잦은 개정의 자제, 개정된 교육과정의 연수와 홍보의 확대 등을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

It was known that teachers’ effective curriculum implementation is depend on their concern levels about curriculum(Kim, H. W., 2009). With this premise, the purpose of this study is to analyze on middle school teachers stage of concern(SoC) on Creative-Experience Activity in 2009 revised national curriculum and investigate the improvements of their levels. The subjects of this study were sampled 203 middle school teachers through out all part of the country. For data collection, as George et.al.(2006) suggested, Questionnaire of Stage of Concern was used. The Data were analyzed by Profiling of teachers concern and one-way ANOVA. The result of this study are follows: First, 82.37% of the middle school teachers were in stage of Awareness. 5.35% of teachers were in stage of Information. Most of middle school teachers concern about Creative-Experience Activity was in indifference of self-interest level. Second, there were no significant differences in teachers stage of concern according to their sex and region except for some of the sample element. In teaching career, there were significant difference. It will be supposed that there are some main reasons which the teachers low concern. For example, lack of teachers’ professionalism on Creative-Experience Activity in 2009 revised national curriculum, not-reflecting opinion of teachers about curriculum, too much changing of curriculum and scarcity of learning on revised curriculum. The result of the study provide that there are not curriculum implementation success without teachers concern about revised curriculum.
