국문 초록

본 연구는 2009 개정 초등학교 수학과 교육과정의 내용 영역에서 학습내용 및 성취 기준의 변화 여부를 2007 개정 교육과정과 비교하여 구체적으로 살펴보고, 학교 현장에서 교육과정을 구현할 실질적인 역할을 하는 현장교사들과 예비교사들이 개정 교육과정의 변화된 내용들을 어느 정도 파악하고 있는가를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2009 개정 초등학교 수학과 교육과정의 내용 영역에 대한 분석을 통해 개정 교육과정의 변화된 학습 내용 및 성취 기준들을 이동, 삭제·추가, 수정·통합의 형태로 제시하였으며, 예비교사와 현장교사들을 대상으로 2009 개정 초등학교 교육과정의 내용 영역에서 변화된 주요한 학습 내용 및 성취 기준들을 문항으로 하는 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 첫째, 2009 개정 초등학교 수학과 교육과정의 학습 내용 및 성취 기준에서 다수의 변화가 있었으며, 변화의 대부분 형태는 추가보다는 이동, 수정, 통합, 삭제인 것으로 나타났다. 또한 2007 개정 교육과정과 비교하여 볼 때, 2009 개정 초등학교 수학과 교육과정의 내용 영역에서 두드러진 변화의 특징은 수학적 내용의 삭제와 통합, 다루는 학년의 상향 이동이 이루어지고, 감각·직관 기르기와 실생활에서 수학적 내용의 도입 등을 강조하고 있다는 점을 들 수 있었다. 둘째, 2009 개정 초등학교 수학과 교육과정에서 변화된 내용들에 대한 이해 정도는 초임교사, 4학년 예비교사, 경력교사, 2학년 예비교사의 순인 것으로 나타났다. 이해 정도에서 초임교사들과 4학년 예비교사들이 다른 집단에 비해 상대적으로 높은 것은 이들이 현장에서 교육과정과 관련한 연수에 참여할 기회를 다수 갖거나 임용고사라는 현실적인 문제에 인한 것으로 여겨진다.

영문 초록

The 2009 reformed curriculum for mathematics was notified to reflect the social needs and historical flow in 2011. The beginning of 2009 reformed curriculum for mathematics in elementary schools would be from the year 2013. Elementary schools is expected to take proper actions for its successful settlement. According as, the purpose of this study is to help the teaching and learning of a mathematic subject in elementary school by comparing and analyzing content area of 2007 and 2009 reformed curriculum for mathematics. For such purpose, First, this paper studies the meaning of the curriculum for mathematics and the 2009 reformed curriculum for mathematics. Second, this paper compares an outline of the content area in 2007 and 2009 reformed curriculum for mathematics. Third, this paper investigates which school teachers and pre-service teachers identify the extent to changes in the 2009 reformed curriculum for mathematics. Findings on this study are as follows. First, this paper summarized the result of comparing and analyzing content area of 2007 and 2009 reformed curriculum for mathematics which would be practiced from the year 2013. Second, there was meaningful difference in the 2 grade pre-service teachers and 4 grade pre-service teachers, beginning teaches, experienced teachers mean with significant level of 0.05. This is the result of beginning teachers and 4 grade pre-service teacher compared to the other groups identify in relatively large to change the contents of the 2009 reformed curriculum. This findings of this paper gives some suggestion for 2009 reformed curriculum smooth and normal operation.
